Very disappointed and wish I read these reviews before ordering. The men’s awrah leggings are incredibly flimsy and cheap 100% polyester and come directly from China. Can’t believe how long the shipping took considering we are in Australia and can order directly from China for less than half the price without going through this website. My husband has worn them a few times and feel like you could rip a hole in them so easily. They won’t last long and won’t be ordering again, very disappointed from a Muslim owned brand who drop-ships unethically directly from China.

I still haven’t received my order yet, and it’s now been over a month since I placed my order. I’ve tried reaching out and contacted them via email and WhatsApp, but I still haven’t received any reply from them.

I can also see all the bad reviews here, so at this point, I think it’s a scam. Once I receive my order, I will update this review.

Waardeloze service en afspraken niet nakomen
Mijn bestelling kwam veel te laat. Eerst beloven ze een oplossing, maar zodra je ze mailt reageren ze al 3 maanden nergens meer op. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen en de klantenservice negeert je compleet. Waardeloos.

This company is a fraud. They took my money and never delivered my order.

I contacted customer services and they sent generic responses or simply ignored me.

3 months after payment and no sign of resolution.

I have been cheated. Please learn from my awful experience and avoid this company at any cost.

Keine Retoure. Fake Unternehmen. Kein Muslimbruder würde seine Kunden so verarschen. Haram!

Katastrophaler Kundenservice und leider auch mangelhafte Qualität der Ware. Auf meine Reklamation wurde nicht angemessen eingegangen. Statt einer konkreten Lösung wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet und letztendlich mit dem Problem allein gelassen.

Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ein Unternehmen, das sich mit muslimischen Werten präsentiert, aus meiner Sicht nicht entsprechend respektvoll und verantwortungsvoll mit seinen Kunden umgeht. Sehr schade – ich hatte deutlich mehr erwartet.

This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have ordered from many different companies over the years, but I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service.

I placed my order on 2 July and expected it to arrive within the stated timeframe. The delivery date passed, and my order still had not been shipped. When I contacted the company, I was told the order was still being prepared, but I was not given any proper explanation, update, or reassurance.

I then requested a cancellation and refund on 11 July, but my message was completely ignored. There was no acknowledgement, no response, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
After giving them the opportunity to fix the issue directly, I was left with no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank.

A company’s customer service says a lot about how they treat their customers, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

Einfach nur ekelhaft gegen über den Kunden

Kreeg mn zwembroek pas na anderhalve maand en hij is in de verkeerde kleur, ik vroeg voor nieuwe/refund en ze zeiden dat ze erachter aan zouden gaan en nu naar 3 maanden helemaal niks...

UPDATE – June 2026

Since posting my original review, I have filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). ECC accepted my complaint and contacted Deen International on my behalf.

As of 23 June 2026:

* I still have not received the goods ordered on 26 January 2026.
* I still have not received a refund of €190.40.
* Deen International has not contacted me regarding the complaint.
* ECC has informed me that Deen International has not responded to their correspondence.

What I find particularly concerning is that the company continues to send me regular promotional and marketing emails encouraging me to place new orders, while my January order remains unresolved.

I will update this review if the matter is eventually resolved.

Even 1 star is too much for this company

I‘ve ordered a Ramadan Calendar as a gift like 4 weeks before Ramadan, my order came way too late like one week before Eid. Bit that wasn’t the problem, the product was unbelievably bad they even sent items that don’t fit in the calendar whatsoever. Cheap and poorly designed and when I requested a return or a refund, and after them making me send them photos and videos. They simply declined and offered me even more products. Such a waste of money and time!

I ordered over seven weeks ago during Ramadan and still haven’t received my package. At the time of purchase, they stated that shipping would take approximately one week, which has clearly not been met.

After several email exchanges, communication from their side stopped entirely. Initially, I was given various explanations (for example, that the items were out of stock), but once I began requesting a refund, my messages were ignored. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

At this point, I can no longer even track my order, as it appears to have disappeared from their system entirely, which further raises serious concerns about the handling of the purchase.

Given the excessive delay, lack of communication, and inability to track the order, this company is untrustworthy.

I bought several calendars that never shipped and I was given false shipping details. They refused to refund and offered replacements that never shipped and store credit that is useless. Avoid this company. They are scammers.

I’m upset to write this because I always go out of my way to support small businesses, especially Muslim‑owned ones. But unfortunately, this experience has been a scam. I ordered a Ramadan box, but it never arrived. When I asked, I was told it got stuck in customs and was returned to them. A lot of Islamic terms (Assalamu Alaikum, JZK, etc.) were exchanged, and I was promised an Eid box instead. That Eid box never arrived either. When I finally asked for a refund, there was no response. I live in the United States and it seems they ship from abroad. Please, do not target countries you cannot reliably ship to. This has been a deeply disappointing and dishonest experience.

My daughters loved their Ramadan calendars, the quality was amazing and the little gifts were perfect

Another scam with religion as cover up. No words can be said except that they are SCAMMERS. Ordered a calender and muslim arabic teaching book which never arrived and after several emails they constantly dodge the solution. They have to account for this on the day of judgement.
