Al meermaals besteld bij Dedoles de voorbije jaren. Producten en levering is steeds in orde.

Echt heel content van de slippers. Mooi en grappig, maar vooral ze zitten zalig.

I ordered two pairs of slides and both were drastically smaller than the stated size. I needed size EU 46, but even their largest size didn’t fit, so an exchange wasn’t possible. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping twice, once to receive the order and once to return it. This issue is clearly due to incorrect sizing information in their advertising, yet the company showed no responsibility or concern.

Attention ce site me semble frauduleux . Le mode de paiement par paypal qui est proposé ne fonctionne pas ( la fenêtre paypal ne s'affiche pas quand on coche la case).
Le site est contacté et ne répond pas à ma question concernant l'accès à Paypal.

I placed an order during the Black Friday promotion with a 35 percent discount. The day after, the company launched a 45 percent promotion. There was no option for free returns and no gesture of goodwill was offered, even though the higher discount followed immediately after Black Friday.
This left me with the feeling that the Black Friday offer was not truly the best deal. Unfair and misleading. Customer service was polite but unable to provide any solution. The socks itself I tried one and that is good.

I'm not giving a one star simply because I'm momentarily being frustrated. I wanted to buy yesterday from the store. I saw an ad giving 50% off. Went to the site, which was supposed to be in my local language, (not simply translated by my phone, they have a site in my country) it was really bad translated and the cart was in Czech, I couldn't understand anything. I bought last year around 6 products, underwear was fine, but the socks have really low quality (good colours, I'll give them that), a basic socks which costs 1€ has the same life expectancy. Last year I remember the % code didn't work, but I decided to go ahead and buy, simultaneously I wrote them an email to ask if their code system will work soon, so I can get a present for a friend - no response. Ultimately it turned out very expensive for a basic cotton underwear... Last night I noticed a 50% off of a boxers still costs like 10€... On the check out they also give you like 5 different ways to pay 3-5€ more for "sustainable natural bag", "guaranteed fast delivery" and a few other things I don't remember not, but we're total bullhockey... And lastly, when you click to select a size, it automatically goes in your cart and not one pair,but two or three in some cases

Hele leuke ontwerpen badslippers. Heb besteld voor het hele gezin. Alleen als je loopt doet het voorste randje zeer aan je voet/tenen. Een beetje te scherp en daardoor loop je met blote voeten je huid stuk. We gaan proberen het wat te veilen in de hoop dat dat helpt.
Ik heb ook een sport topje besteld, die valt klein uit en met grotere borsten is het denk ik geen optie. Ik gebruik hem om in te slapen wat ok is. Wel hele leuke designs.

I used to buy socks at Dedoles because of the funny and original designs. The quality of the socks was ok. But the last time I bought 6 or 7 pairs I was really disappointed. The second time wearing already holes in them. The quality really went backwards. Sadly it will be the last time I bought socks there

Goed! Al een paar keer hier besteld. Op tijd ontvangen en netjes verzonden in een papieren zak.
Superleuke sokken en er zijn vaak leuke aanbiedingen!

Reeds meerdere keren wat besteld. Tot nu toe goede ervaringen. Bestellingen komen binnen 1 week aan en kwaliteit (slippers en sokken) is prima. Wat ik echter wel “onbetrouwbaar” vind is dat de maat van de sokken niet consistent is. Ik heb nu meerdere sokken besteld waarvan 1 paar van maat 35-38 en de rest van 39-42 (ik heb zelf 39). De sokken in maat 35-38 waren echter groter dan de meeste 39-42! Van de 4 paar 39-42 zijn sommigen goed van maat en sommigen te groot. Erg lastig dus om te bepalen welke maat je moet bestellen. Gelukkig kan ik nu mijn man met een aantal sokken blij maken maar anders was het een dure aankoop geworden.

Ik heb een tijd geleden een zootje sokken besteld.
De kwaliteit is prima en ik draag ze graag.
Het probleem is alleen dat de maten absoluut niet kloppen. Ik ben een maat 40-41 en heb deze maat sokken ook besteld maar ze vallen als 42-43. Ook na een paar keer gewassen te hebben.
Hierdoor zijn ze een stuk minder comfortabel.

Very disappointed by the quality of their underwear, slippers and socks. A piece of underwear was already torn when we opened the package.We noticed only after washing it. As for the slippers and socks, they got damaged quite easily after 1 or 2 wears. Would expect a better quality.

De kwaliteit is super. Snelle service. Communicatie via de mail is snel en prettig verlopen.

Mijn bestelling is nooit aangekomen. Na een mailtje te hebben verzonden kreeg ik direct een reactie. Ze hadden het uitgezocht, en het pakketje was verdwenen nadat ze het hadden verstuurd. Kon kiezen, geld terug of er werd een nieuwe bestelling toegezonden..het laaste gedaan, en ja hoor na 3 dgn in goede orde ontvangen echt top sevice. Bedankt štefan voor de goede en nette afhandeling.

After a first order which was handled impeccably, I placed a second order and this time did not flag the extra insurance shipment fee. This time, the mail confirming my order had been processed, did not contain a tracking number, so I kindly requested to provide it. Once, twice & even a third time, but no reaction at all, and more importantly no package delivered. Do I really need to pay extra to receive a tracking number and a reliable shipment? This is not what I expect from a reliable supplier!

Trage verzending (na 6 dagen pas ontvangen) en erg hoge portokosten van wat later bleek een ENVELOP: 2 euro voor verpakking, 5.99 euro verzendkosten en 2.99 euro voor "verwerking met voorrang". Absurd.... Ik koop voortaan elders vrolijke sokken.

Snelle levering en de kwaliteit van de sokken is goed. Ik had hier besteld omdat ik de motiefjes wel leuk vond. De sokken vallen wel groot.
