No excessive multiple automated emails to remind me of orders, dispatches etc, just the basics needed which is much appreciated. They use Royal Mail as well, which I much prefer to other delivery options. 10 out of 10.

Although my lamp arrived by post broken within minutes I had a response and an immediate offer of a replacement with no asking for proof ect.
Although the lamp was broken it looked lovely, (pink animal print)and I am sure that my adult granddaughter will love it. Damage in the post happens it's how it is then dealt with that is important and this seller gets 10/10 from me, thank you.

1st time buyer.email glitch? I ordered and paid for items including the extra quicker delivery and then
I received no correspondence from the company regarding my order ,payment or delivery . 2 days later and now quite worried I had been scammed or the company was bogus (as you do) I decided to send an email asking about my order. I immediately received 2 phone calls which i couldn't take and a text message was left from Deveshri. She apologised saying they were having difficulties with emails not being received. she reassured me that the order had been received and had been sent out for delivery .included in the text were order confirmation and delivery /tracking numbers . I then rang her back ,my call was answered promptly and she went over the order and delivery dates . This was then resent to my email which I received and the delivery arrived as scheduled. The ordered items are beautiful.Thankyou Deveshri for your instant response and reassurance .
