I ordered decking and some additional timber from their website. They sent a clear email update confirming the order had been received, and everything was delivered within a week without any issues. The only downside was that I had to call them to find out the planned delivery date, as this wasn’t provided upfront.

When delivered the driver supported with getting the wood into the front corridor.

Great experience with these guys. Delivery was painless and quick thanks to a very helpful driver.
Quality is very high, nothing looked bent and the ply was nicely faced.
