This firm is dishonest. Do not order from them. They sent seriously defective Ugg slippers. They accused me of wearing them, ( until I pointed out the timeline), denied I had contacted them, (until I sent copies of my emails), then finally refused to refund me because I had photographed them outside, (to get a clear image of all the stains). The internet is full of similar reviews. Thank goodness for PayPal protection!

I have now been forced to take legal action against Uggs (Deckers) after having a pair of UGG boots stolen from outside my house because DPD didn’t follow my safe place instructions which was to leave with my neighbour. DPD admitted that the driver was negligent and didn’t follow protocol. However Uggs are refusing to refund my money so I’m left with no boots and £130 debt. they have refused to claim on their business insurance. They basically told me there’s nothing they can do and it’s tough. How can this be when they’re chosen courier didn’t follow protocol which led to my boots been stolen. I’ve checked on many legal websites and they’ve all said that it’s down to the retailer to refund my money. I have now taken legal advice and taken out a small claim which has cost me a further £35. Beware people! Buy your Ugg Boots in store do not buy them online the after care customers service is non existent. Totally disgusting company they are thieves!!
