it’s really hard these days to find a company that truly cares regardless the size of your business. all i can say is that if you want your peace of mind decisive zone got your back, When you are faced with challenges you want decisive zone to be by your side.

Dealing with decisive zone by one of the best experiences in Dubai, tried so many companies nothing but lies, deceit nd hidden expenses….finally talked to a person Hanis Muhammed whom I explained my frustration about manipulation in his industry, he listened to me personally came to my place, gave me best price & words that I won’t be disappointed………Got everything what I was told within time limit to establishing my company in fz…. 5 star experience, even he helped me open my business and personal account while sitting in their business bay office with the help of another wonderful person SANTOSH…..HANIS went out of the way to make things possible for me… can’t be thankful enough…..

Great company. Their business set up advisors are so knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are the best on the market and everyone is just so nice and helpful.

We confirmed dates with the company to land in Dubai for 2 weeks over a month in advance to complete the medical and full process. Even here there were some red flags, not understanding the dates or getting them wrong like it’s written down? After confirming we find out a few days before flying we have to do a notary meeting, fine I’m in Indonesia on a trip but I make the meeting only to find out an hour before that I need my passport. So I have the passport shipped 3 hours by bike in urgency only to find out me and the business partner have to be together. The meeting was entirely pointless. Now been in Dubai a week and haven’t even needed to be here. The company is now making up a host of excuses without solution. Basically two weeks in Dubai 40 degree heat away from friends and family and will have to return. At serious expense of time and money due to their incompetence and no responsibility has been taken. There are many companies out there, use one that is recommended to you by a friend not one that is advertised to you.

One of the worst companies that you can deal with, to set up your company. They promise you one thing and deliver rubbish. If you are starting a business in Dubai, please avoid them completely.
To sort out matters, I reached out to their CEO, who never responded to my calls. Their entire service is all about hidden costs, which they are not willing to inform upfront.

We paid for their VIP services for Emirates ID and Medical and they even didn't manage to arrange biometric test. When the problem occurred, they just blamed the governmental bodies and did not solve the problem. They guaranteed to solve it within 1 week, made us spend money waiting in the hotel in Dubai and they didn't solve anything. Now they ignoring our requests to return the money, as no services were provided from their side.

Had a very good experience with Decisive Zone, I got my mainland license and Ahlam gave an exceptional customer service.

Quite obviously they have paid for good ratings on here. Our experience setting up a company and visa's was awful. They wrote the wrong nationality on our Visa applications, constantly provided us with false information regarding how we should setup the Labour file to obtain the ability to get our employee's a visa. The tried to get us to lie on 2 further government applications, when we asked about the reason they said it would "speed the process up". They provided their own telephone numbers instead of ours on the Emirates Residents Application, this caused major problems when trying to log into other government apps, as the security text messages, go to the company, so you can't verify anything like housing apps etc which you need to live in Dubai. Also they do not tell you the full cost at the start , in our experience they kept asking for more money. We spent almost double the original quote, despite asking at the time of the consultation would there be any other charge to which we were told no.
Over all the Company Lie, over charge and the employees are badly Educated on the products they sell and Badly Trained on how to deal with western customers.

Kyle and Rose are not goof consultants. The fees are extortionate. I opened a mainland business. They prmosed me a sheikh zayed ehari address but ended up giving me some industrial address that belongs to mechanic shop.

Better to go with another company or apply yourself in person by visiting one of the government offices.

Everyone speaks English, and they will advise you and the price is a set price. No additional fees. The whole process is actually quite easy and does not need to cost a fortune.

Very unprofessional team, their words and work don't match at all. I wasted my time and money because of this company. At the end, they told me, Govt charged me, but fact is, they cheated with me in Govt name.

Another great scam, this company is just there to steal your money.
Do not be seduced by the proposals by mail or via Facebook, all their promotion are just there to take your money in the moment, put any annual renewal, liquidation closure or modification will cost you three to four times more.
You may not know it yet but obviously you depend one hundred percent on their company as a kind of subscription, depending on the Free-zone or I depend on you are in the obligation to go through them for any modification or change and of course the prices are free.
Indeed in 2021 I was seduced on a Facebook ad and then by a massive Target by e-mail. (Open your license for 5000 aed! No hidden fees) this is the slogan that attracted me to them.
During all this year I never managed to open a bank account for this company.
When I went to complain to two of course it offers you the service accompaniment 7000 aed! But, but, but, it's just a service or putting you in touch everything else is for you so rest assured you would never have a bank account! Maybe heats up with a $50,000 deposit.
Finally the moment of the annual renewal has arrived of course the annual renewal costs three times the price of the creation of the license.

Their fees are also twice as much as the freezone fees!
I asked Shams to pay their fees directly and to manage myself the closing of my license but no I can't I have to go through them to get a compliance document!
Very strange because I know a lot of people who were in the same free zone Shams, And they managed to close directly.
The interlocutor with whom I discuss Malak, always has a good excuse to justify the actions of their company.
Moral of the story if you really want a company in the emirates do it by yourself, you needed nobody this company are just there to take your money there is nothing serious.
It's just pay to pay to pay.
Run away, ah yes last thing most of their comments are crazy I am in e-commerce, and I can assure you that I am used to spot fake page and fake comments.
