I ordered S size and I got M

I ordered S size and I got M. The product is no return and no exchange. How do you think I should use this product now. Very bad experience and this is fooling customers by not giving return and giving wrong size.
When I am trying to give the review they are declining my review saying not relevant. When I called their call center and discussed the matter they asked me to go in the shop nearby for exchange. When I went in the nearby shop they said it is online non exchange product we can't take it. They are fooling customers.

Bad Experience With the Hiring

First of all I didn't get their hiring process in the recent a store HR is called me for interview on call after I tell everything about myself and the key responsibilities of decathlon he said ok you know the responsibilities 90-92% so you have to this store for LOL program after that I ask him about the location where to come in this particular area he said sir some certain issues we are postponed the LOL Training we will update you soon.
After that day I ask him I'm leaving my other interviews only for this company because I love to serve here I'm a sports person he said sir the team members looked into your CV they didn't think you are eligible for this.
Tell me one thing this thing you didn't get before when you are telling me to come there for the LOL Training.
And idk you guys are hiring sports person non of the person in your store have that much knowledge about any sports.

I recently purchased the Compact Home…

I recently purchased the Compact Home Gym 900 (Black/Brown) machine. While I appreciate the timely delivery and find the quality of the product is OK, however, I am highly disappointed with the post-sale service and support experience.

Decathlon had clearly advertised free installation for this product. However, there was no contact information or guidance provided regarding installation assistance. I had to proactively arrange the contact details myself by reaching out to the Belapur (Navi Mumbai) store.

My experience with your staff was equally frustrating:

Upon contacting the store, I initially spoke with Mr. Sahil, who refused to assist because the product was not purchased directly from their store.

After some discussion, he asked me to send my details via WhatsApp but the number was not registered on WhatsApp. I sent a regular SMS instead, but received no response.

I followed up several times and finally got in touch with Mr. Amol/Anmol, who assured me that the installation partner would visit the next day. However, no one turned up, and my repeated follow-ups yielded no further response.

Ultimately, I was forced to hire a local technician and spend an additional ₹2000 for the installation, which defeats the purpose of the promised free service.

This has been a deeply disappointing experience, especially from a brand like Decathlon that claims to value customer satisfaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your service protocols, especially for online purchases and third-party store interactions.

Recommendation: I strongly discourage others from purchasing large equipment from Decathlon unless the company significantly improves its customer support and post-sale service processes. Customers deserve better value for their hard-earned money, time, and trust.

The decathlon did not deliver

The decathlon did not deliver the product! As I ordered 2 T-Shirts and only one go delivered, I thought the second item was late so I waited for few more days. They did not come! When I contacted the support - they said as I did not contact them within 48 hrs, they will not be able to help me! I feel cheated and disappointed! You just lost a customer for ever by your unfriendly customer service. Plus one to Amazon!

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. I bought 2 knee pads of extremely poor quality so returned and asked for replacement. But the replaced ones too were of the same quality so I initiated a request for a refund & returned their product. It’s been more than 3 weeks but they haven’t yet refunded the money. Now they have even stopped responding to my emails.

Extremely sad & not expected from them.

I want to raise a complaint against delivery boy who had come to take return parcel. He denied to come upstairs to collect parcel and demanded us to come down and was rude to my mother.
He took parcel for return and then showed it as delivery failed. When I complained against this issue with decathlon store delivery person called me again next day for some otp and this time he was very rude and threatened me saying will come to your place and show you also used foul language.
I seriously regret using your online shopping app . As I have always had great experience at your store.
Kindly look into this matter.

Sangeeta and Hardik-Awesome Service

I was at the outlet at Select City Walk, Saket, New Delhi on 14th Feb., and was helped by Ms. Sangeeta in the swim wear section and by Mr. Hardik in the billing section, in the most professional and pleasing manner. They were pleasant, served with a smile, helped me out and answered all my queries.
Kindly, convey my compliments to them for their exemplary behaviour and service.
I briefly asked about the trial rooms to others, they too were very polite but my interaction with them was quite momentary.

They have a diplomatic warranty policy…

They have a diplomatic warranty policy got a shoe with a warranty period of 2 years but the sole got torn within that period when it tried to claim, they said warranty applicable only for the failure of adhesives not if sole got eroded. I wanted to post the photographs but no options here.

Very pathetic & rude staff

Very worst experience I faced in the Wakad, Pune store. They forced me to pay the full MRP amount without any discounts just because I returned the badminton racket. They charged for more badminton rackets which I never wanted to purchase. Never buy a product from decathlon. Not recommended at all.

Online Cheaters

The daylight robbers. Never ever order anything online.
I recently ordered six items from Decathlon, but only received five. When I contacted customer service to report the missing item, I was shocked by their response. Instead of investigating the issue, they accused me of lying, insisting that all six items were packed correctly. They asked me to provide proof through videos and images, which I understand. However, I believe that they should also provide evidence on their end, such as a video of the packing process showing all six items. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and as a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. I hope Decathlon takes this issue seriously and resolves it fairly.
