Purchased one of the new models for $349. The order progressed fine, and the delivery happened without issue. The issues started when the box was opened and the model started to be built. Some of the parts the molding was not good, 1 part would just not fit, as its has a bulbous plastic part on the item, one item broke when fitting it and another part again the molding was not correct. Went to the website to order replacement parts, and the web site would not work, would not move past the selecting the parts, just threw up a constant error message saying select items, Not matter what I did added 10, 30,60 items it still did the same. So next part was contact customer services, sent a mail saying this issue, also advising that the website seems not to be working. Then nothing, I chased every day for 3 days with no response. So I have a $349 model that I now have to find replacement parts for as the company are radio silent. Won’t be buying from them again. Lego are more expensive, but you get what you pay for it would seem. Stay away from this company or at least be prepared to have a way to get parts, and some parts are specific to this company.
