They helped from the very beginning. Everyone I spoke to was patient ,incredibly understanding and helpful . If you are struggling with debt and don’t understand the legal side of things and your options don’t worry they will help you every step of the way . Personally I found my self in a bit of a hole with my debt and I can’t thank them enough because I really didn’t know what to do .most of all they showed what I feel was genuine compassion with no judgement
