Handed in prescription and said I would collect in roughly an hour. I went back & the young girl (who was lovely) informed me they didn't have all my prescription but would 'try' to order it in for later. I don't stay near this pharmacy so I was offered to take script away. I then was told they had found some medication... The counter staff & pharmacist were lovely, however there was a blonde female checking who looked miserable

Hammad gave us so much information of precautions we could take on our upcoming trip to India when we attended for our travel vaccinations.

Useless!! I thought when it changed to dears it things would improve! I have yet to get all my medications on my prescription!! “Oh just come back in 2 days” is the standard line!! They have had the perception for a week!! I had to wait and in the 5 minutes I waited on my second visits 6 of the 7 people the lassie served all where told to come back!!

I travelled through from Perth to get my Covid vaccine done. Easy to find and park. The staff were friendly and professional and the appointment ran on time. The whole experience was virtually painless.

Use Dears Dunfermline for Covid-19 and flu vaccines. The pharmacist there is fantastic at administering injections and each I have had has been painless, stress free and delivered with kindness. Thank you.

Very professional, Quick and easy!

Very poor customer service. Wouldn't listen when the customer was trying to explain. Proceeding to make the customer out to be stupid thinking my 11 year old would understand it better than me (30 year old) The worst experience but to then laugh when i asked how i go about filing a formal complaint. Never again. I would rather walk 1 hour to another chemist than go to one that's on my doorstep if that's how customers are getting treated.

Great friendly staff, always welcoming. Give advice on any ailments saves you having to go to the doctors which is very helpful.

I dropped into the pharmacy to get my travel vaccinations. Ada was very helpful in making recommendations for my trip, and there was no discomfort when applying the injection.

i ended up getting transferred to T-Hall from the high street store after getting fobbed off 3 times about a stuffed/blocked ear, found the T Hall staff very friendly, helpfull and they were able rectify my issue, and give me great info for future problems. Thank you very much ☺️☺️

NO STARS ! Couldn’t give a monkeys about the customers .
Booked B12 jabs , we both arrived on time to find mobbed , we waited in queue . 5 mins later got given a form to fill in , which we did and handed back to staff . Waited again ( as told to ) another 5/10 mins later told ‘you missed your appointment it was 15 mins ago ; jab not happening . WHAT ?? Totally incredulous … couldn’t believe it , especially as we had battled all the way through tea time traffic and roadworks from the other side of town . I’m still in disbelief at the treatment we were given . Certainly nowhere near person centred and devoid of any empathy whatsoever ; Stonewalled by pharmacist who said ‘well nothings happening today I didn’t get told in time you were here !!!’ 😳🤯 what ??!! Absolutely unbelievable ; in utter disbelief we left . This is not the end of the complaint by any means …
