Ordered 7 items online - so didn’t mind paying £3.95 delivery. Ordered processed as all items in stock - nothing received for a week so emailed to chase up,delivery. Was then sent a pack with 2 of the 7 items in with a hand written note saying other 5 items out of stock!! So I have now paid 3.95 to have 2 pounds worth of goods delivered. Complete waste of time and my money. Not received refund yet either so I don’t hold out much hope of not being ripped off!!

Lauren A was friendly, helpful and helped to calm down my worried partner with some good patter. All travel jags done there and then following a consultation. Would recommend!

Earwax had made me totally deaf for about a week. Booked an appointment at the Dunfermline branch and was seen by Ashley, who was informative and efficient and had steady hands! Very pleased with the outcome and the procedure was £10 cheaper than at the hearing centre opposite.

Recent ear check and micro suction of wax fragments. Danielle was very professional throughout and made the experience A1. Would thoroughly recommend any treatment at this particular branch. Good advice given as well. Cheers Andrew.

My appointment for earwax removal proved to be quite difficult resulting in four separate appointments due to the stubborness of the wax. I cannot commend Meghan who attended on three of these occasions enough. Throughout the process she remained polite, patient and encouraging. Her professionalism was second to none. This does not reflect in any way to the staff I encountered on my visits who were all friendly and welcoming. Definately a five star service.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received at Dears Burntisland. I required ear wax removal, and was dealt with by a very nice lady, Yvonne. She was competent, knowledgeable and very understanding (I have a variety of disabilities).

I attended for a routine ear cleansing function. I was met and greeted at the counter and introduced to Ashley, who was to perform the procedure for me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Ashley answered all my questions and provided full information and disclosure for the process I was undertaking. The end result was total relief from my discomfort, and a smile on my face as I heard everything she said. (ps going back next week for follow-up appointment to check all is well..)

I have suffered from hearing difficulties over past year. NHS appointments to remove wax can take many months to obtain. Called into Dears Dunfermlne on 25/5 and given appointment for 26/5. Needed 2nd treatment on 30/5 (no extra charge) Also gave treatment for ear infection (no charge). Friendly and efficient.. Thank you Danielle.

Having been misled by a third party website into booking the wrong type of Covid test, the team at Dears sorted everything out for us very quickly and efficiently. All three members of staff to whom we spoke were extremely friendly.

I had my ear cleared of wax. Making appointment online is easy. Very friendly and professional service.

Attended for an antigen test. Sarah was professional, friendly, putting us at ease. Straightforward test with no issues. Definitely will return if we need to.

Dears Pharmacy conducted our covid testing for our return flight home. Some.od us tested postove and had to stay a little longer but Claudia and Kate were great to work with. They both had a very positive attitude and helped us through the process. All the results were provided very quickly. Thanks for your help!

Had to write this review after receiving Ear Microsuction at the Dunfermline Pharmacy in Fife. I had excellent professional care from Megan who is truly professional and very thorough. A very pleasant young lady who resolved the problem with my ear.

failed at the start, selected a medication, clicked view basket and just got a load of ads for other services, I've bought plenty of things from many shops online before but really couldnt see how to crack this one, no doubt it can be done but I will save energy for somewhere else

I was on holiday and needed a PCR test before I could return to USA. I tested positive unfortunately. Claudia continued to perform the testing at intervals as required. She was very professional and answered all questions. Thanks Claudia
