I handed my prescription in the day before. I go's to collect them and they couldn't find them. After about 20min a lady from the street came in and said you have given me someone else's tablet's. She was not happy. Then I heard my name getting read out. It was my prescription that had been handed to someone else. After another 10 Min or so the chemist shouted my name. Came up to me ask my address. Gave me the prescription and walked away. I said to him no apology then. He gave me a dirty look and walked away. They are putting peoples life's at risk. This should be a criminal offence.. I don't want to be dragged in to a manslaughter enquiry.

Came in for a blood draw for test. Charlie was very professional and easy communication. Explained all process and also packed blood samples.

I recently visited the pharmacy for a general health profile, and I had the pleasure of being attended to by Charlie. From the start, she was incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease, especially since this was my first time undergoing this procedure. Charlie took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, ensuring I understood the process. What truly stood out was her skill with the needle, it was unbelievably painless! Her calm and professional demeanor helped me relax throughout the entire experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through this. Thank you, Charlie, for your exceptional care!!!!!!! She doesn't lie when she says she is good with the needles.

Charlie was very patient and professional taking my bloods, I have notoriously bad veins.

I had my regular blood test today at the Drylaw branch and was seen by Charlie. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and most importantly, a highly professional phlebotomist. In the past, others have struggled to take my blood, but Charlie did it effortlessly on the first attempt. Throughout the process, she made me feel reassured and well looked after. Charlie truly deserves praise for her skill and caring approach – she was fantastic!

NO STARS ! Couldn’t give a monkeys about the customers .
Booked B12 jabs , we both arrived on time to find mobbed , we waited in queue . 5 mins later got given a form to fill in , which we did and handed back to staff . Waited again ( as told to ) another 5/10 mins later told ‘you missed your appointment it was 15 mins ago ; jab not happening . WHAT ?? Totally incredulous … couldn’t believe it , especially as we had battled all the way through tea time traffic and roadworks from the other side of town . I’m still in disbelief at the treatment we were given . Certainly nowhere near person centred and devoid of any empathy whatsoever ; Stonewalled by pharmacist who said ‘well nothings happening today I didn’t get told in time you were here !!!’ 😳🤯 what ??!! Absolutely unbelievable ; in utter disbelief we left . This is not the end of the complaint by any means …

Came to dears pharmacy to have bloods taken , I couldn't be more impressed from as soon as I went into the pharmacy I was made very welcome by both counter staff and pharmacist, 5 star also giving to CHARLIE whom took my bloods for making me feel so welcome . I just wish all pharmacist were like this ..

Went to get blood drawn for an allergy test. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Charlotte was great and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Visited the Drylaw Edinburgh Pharmacy to have blood drawn for a private blood test.

The Pharmacy is not located in the most salubrious part of Edinburgh. However, the front desk staff were efficient and helpful.

The Phlebotomist was excellent. She was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I didn’t feel the needle going in and no bruising the day after, which has not always been the case when I’ve had blood taken elsewhere.

I would have given 5 starts for the Dears staff, but the location of the Pharmacy brings it down and I would not use Dears in Drylaw again simply due to the location and congregation of people waiting to collect their methadone (my assumption).

Went to get blood test and there were some things missing from the test pack but Charlie called the clinic and sorted everything thing out for me and I re booked the test later in the day. Very helpful!!!

My Mum booked in for ear micro suction due to the long NHS wait at Dears Drylaw. She was a bit apprehensive as found it painful previously whilst done at the local health centre.

She needn't have worried, Erin was fantastic with her and the treatment was painless, quick and worked a treat. She is no longer deaf and felt instant relief.

Erin was really knowledgeable and talked us through it all (albeit my Mum couldn't hear a thing🤣). Would highly recommend and would definitely go back if she needed it again.

I went in on Thursday 01/06/23 in the ferry road store at 17.45 to collect my prescription that the doctor sent them on Wednesday just to be told it will not be ready until Saturday afternoon and I told them I need it now and she says there nothing they can do and I need to suffer in pain for a few more days

Alex ferguson, Head pharmacy I think, he was great,very patient,very sympathy to what I was going through, had ear infection,couldn't get doctors appointment, drained ear,gave antibiotics,then fallow up appointment,

I ordered my prescription on the Healthera app, went up to collect it to find medication missing. I went back up to see them about and was told you didn't put in for them, I did put in for them it said that on the Healthera app. I was told contact your GP about it, I contacted him to be told it was sent up. A couple of months later the exact same thing happened and again I was blamed for not putting in for it. I know what I ordered on my prescription I am not there to be called a liar. Passing the buck is their way of working. I have since changed to Boots and never hit a problem.
