I had ordered from dearlassie and…at my end had an oops
I had ordered from dearlassie and another company on the same day. Accidentally got the orders mixed up and thought I had not received my overalls. Dearlassie was prompt on responding to my emails and giving me delivery information. I will definitely do business with them again as delivery was prompt and the quality of the product is excellent. I love my overalls and have gotten many compliments.

I loved the sweater I received but wrong size. I was happy to pay the extra shipping of another in correct size without having to go process of returning first item and reordering of same item and waiting another extended time period. The help was courteous and instructions clear. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of what I thought were…
I ordered a pair of what I thought were jeans with hearts on them but what I got was a costume polyester like material with the "image" printed on the material of a picture of jeans with hearts. They do have a zipper and front pockets but they look horrible like your wearing costume pants and they look like it too. They also run small and my normal size doesn't fit. They can button up but hip is too narrow to have zipper close. Really disappointed for nearly $50 it's a ripoff.

I wanted a full refund, I didn’t like the merchandise I ordered. However, the lady in customer service was nice, always replied within a good time frame and agreeed to give me at least the 50% refund. Customer service was good.

Very Happy With My Purchase
I had a great experience with DearLassie. The quality of the clothes was better than I expected, and everything fit well and looked just like the pictures. The fabric feels comfortable and well made, which is important to me because I want clothes that last and still look nice.

I accidentally ordered the same thing…
I accidentally ordered the same thing twice and requested to cancel my order and a refund within the same day.. the following day I received confirmation that my accidental order was cancelled and a refund would be processed within 3-5 days and it was refunded in 2 days!

Amazing customer service
I originally found this website through an Instagram ad, and purchased the cutest dress. Upon arrival, I was sad to learn that the size was too large for me. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly responded and offered the option to choose another item at no additional charge. I was not expecting this. They have been extremely kind, and friendly, and available to guarantee my satisfaction. I will definitely be ordering from Dear Lassie again! They have the cutest things!
