The product was not to the expected standard and failed on its first use. I have asked for a refund and I still haven't received a reply for over seven days now. It concerns me that this company does not care and do not wish to address the issue and offer a refund.

Faster than the speed of light!
I ordered a stool on Tuesday night at 11pm, it arrived at my door (we live in the middle of nowhere) at 9am Thursday morning. In the middle of a pandemic mind you! Unbelievable. Super happy with the quality for price. Wasn't expecting great things but it's surprisingly sturdy.
