Blinds look good and Scott the fitter did a good job and was very professional. Happy with service received.

Just had Scott out to fit a valance to our awning which Deal Direct fitted a couple of years ago. He was among the most pleasant and helpful workmen we've ever dealt with. He even offered to get a bee out of the lounge for me! The awning is beautiful and really does the job of providing much needed shade in this hot weather - the valance is to give a little bit extra! We would never use another company and we've already recommended Deal Direct to neighbours.

My partner received a call to give a time for arrival for the fitter and it was spot on. The product is as expected for quality and look. The service was professional and efficient. Scott the fitter was friendly, respectful and had the blinds fitted in a good time. He left after checking all was ok with the working of the blinds. We would recommend deal direct blinds and use this company in the future

We recently had Peter from Deal Direct Blinds come out to our new home to advise us on shutter blinds, as he was the specialist - and honestly, he’s the best salesman we’ve dealt with since moving to the North East.

What stood out most was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell us something for the sake of profit, he genuinely told us that shutters would completely ruin the Viking hall aesthetic of our home. He advised us to leave it as it is and use more natural ways to create privacy, such as landscaping and gates, rather than paying for something that would take away from the look we’ve worked so hard to create.

That level of integrity is incredibly rare. Peter made it very clear that his company will never sell something they know won’t suit a home, regardless of the money involved.

He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A massive credit to Deal Direct Blinds - they should be proud to have him on their team.

Paul and Jason Arrived early (which suited us perfectly) to fit kitchen blinds. Fitting carried out quickly with very little mess. Full instructions given on controls for electric blind. Both Paul and Jason were polite and professional. I would recommend DealDirect for blinds.

The Gentleman who came and measured up, was so helpful, and friendly. Good price, compared to other companies. The lads who fitted the blinds, Paul and Stephen, worked quickly and well. Tidied up after themselves. Paul also explained how to use the blinds and the safety features. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic customer service from beginning to the end. Scott and and rob came out and fitted my blinds 2 very friendly gentleman cleaned up after themselves too.
