The app is amazing
The app is amazing, I have been using it for a few months now and it's amazing how fast it allows me to decide on a deal or not. It's definitely a must-have for any real estate investor.

Tremendous Time-Saver
Deal check is a tremendous time-saver that allows you to analyze any deal you come across. They offer the ability to analyze a property using any one of the common investment strategies. Their reporting feature saves me time and energy, and ultimately let’s me see more deals more accurately.

Deal Check saved me Time and Money
I found Deal Check online, signed up for a free trial, and used the software to analyze 2 deals I was thinking about doing. I put the address of the first property to see if my BRRR calculations were correct and Deal check confirmed what I was thinking, that the 2 properties would have a great cash flow...I signed up for the Pro version which is a deal for $19.00 a month and have since analyzed 10 properties...The software has saved me time and money I would recommend it to anyone analyzing deals on a daily basis.

Best app for the real estate investor
This app has been a deal changer for our business. We are able to quickly evaluate flips, rentals. The app keeps adding new features. I got so many of my friends on the app now. I does have a desktop. The ability to quickly generate a property report and easily get investors on board
