I was assisted by Alyssa today and she was very kind and helped me with what I needed

I’ve had a great experience with DCU bank. They approved me for a car loan that I was very happy with. The costumer service is very friendly and helpful especially the guy that helped me with the loan, his name is Besmir.

Ricardo was awesome. Very friendly and customer service oriented.

I went to the DCU branch in Worcester MA (not the one in Shrewsbury St). I’m traveling for vacation so i needed a couple things done before the flight, and i was anxious. Jesy, was very caring and very professional at the same time. She helped me and made me feel much better. She is such a wonderful person and you can just tell by those she interact with people.
