Ken Olsen would be proud of what DCU is today. DEC employed my brother in mid 70s - a veteran jet mechanic back from Vietnam - he repaired Ken's helicopters at Hanscom and eventually moved into VAX programming. Ken really cared about DEC employees and being a member was a prized privilege and hard to attain if not an employee.

Maryame was tremendous with the knowledge and helpful details about my concerns!! She even gave me tips on how to properly use my accounts so that I can benefit financially using the percentage! Great job!!!!!

I've been banking with DCU for 18 years and have always found them to be professional, consistent, and helpful. Whenever I need to talk with someone, staff is always friendly and helpful, providing great service and making sure to answer all of my questions. Just today (08.06.26), I needed support from customer service and they gave me all of the info I needed and more and walked me through every step of the way. I've loved this bank ever since I started banking with them years ago!

Very polite, understanding staff and always willing to listen and understand your questions. I always know I will get what I need or at least have the right direction to go in when I call!

I had an amazing customer service experience today on the phone. Geetha had assisted me attentively. She had answered my questions with such a perfect response. She also assisted to my needs swiftly making the experience quick and easy. The only thing I can nitpick about is the wait time, but I have alot of time on my hands so it doesn’t matter.
