Terrible experience returning an order…

Terrible experience returning an order in UK, all my emails chasing my refund were met with a copy and paste reply stating 'check tracking link', of course, I had done that! Their courier no confirmation about the parcel was received or not over 20 days, no IRL reply, no refund , shocking - my guess it's an AI auto response that cannot read ....!!! AVOID

Hire more people and don't be so greedy

Ordered a pair of shoes on Monday 15th, and now it's the end of the day on the 17th, and they still haven't been dispatched. I guess profits are more important than hiring more people to stick a label on a box and send it off. No option for expedited delivery either. I guess it was a mistake buying directly from you and not via amazon/ebay or elsewhere as it seems you don't know how to run a business.

they send surveys on how they should improve, they gave me a birthday discount, their shoes are so comfy and really good looking too- such good quality.
