It was easy to order. Delivery on the other hand was not so great. The order was suppose to arrive on the Monday, it didnt, but I did receive a call to advise this. I was told it would arrive Tuesday AM. It didnt, I had to ring DBX abd ask what was going on. I was told it would be marked as urgent and someone would ring me back. After 2 hrs still nobody had rung me to update me on anything
The package did arrive on Tuesday near to 7pm!

Although overall I'm pleased with the product there are a number of points that prevent me giving it a higher rating.
The upholstery was rated as good but came with a substantial rip on one armrest and the cheap plastic flimsy pallet it was delivered on had collapsed making it very difficult for courier to deliver or me to move the item.

The Rascal power chair is good quality my husband is very pleased with it and in no time at all is enjoying going outside to enjoy the extensive grounds of the nursing home by himself.
It has given him back his freedom and put a smile back on his face after his stroke.
The delivery service was excellent and the price was very affordable for us.

Delivery went well and the chair was protected Just tried my maiden voyage and the steering joy stick was very responsive. I’ll need more practice before I venture or the pavement. The wheelchair itself is very comfortable and will prove to be a great buy.

Ordered the chair. But could not apply the discount code. Very impressed to be able to speak to someone and receive an email very quickly to confirm a refund would be given, and it was received.

Easy to see what’s on offer and a great deal. Rascal Rio was as described, almost brand new at a fraction of the cost. Was delivered almost with care (fell off pallet) but no damage had no problems and fast delivery. Love my new power chair

I am writing this review to highlight the attitude and excellent service of the company DBX.
This is a long story, but please read it all the way through; it’s the only way to truly understand what this company is like.
They shipped the wheelchair I bought, but the delivery company dropped it and caused severe damage—a wheelchair worth nearly £12,000, broken. Fortunately, I had recorded a video from my window showing the delivery of the Q 500M wheelchair, confirming it was fully functional at the time. Some people are incredibly disrespectful of property that isn't theirs and care very little about doing their job properly.
DBX stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. They sought a solution, even though I live in London and they are based in Rotherham—a long distance away.
They tried various ways to fix the damage caused by the delivery team's rough handling; they even bought original spare parts, but there was no one locally who could carry out the repair. In a truly noble gesture, they decided to take the damaged chair back and buy me a replacement. This isn't something that happens every day, nor is it something they do just because a customer asks for a new one; they did it because the delivery process had caused such extensive damage that the chair was unusable. What they did is extraordinary—especially in today's business world, where companies rarely take responsibility for anything. So, DBX gets all the stars. They are responsible. While they are in business to make money, they didn't prioritize their own financial interests over the customer's health and safety. This is a story worth sharing with everyone!
If you buy from DBX, you should know you are dealing with a serious, responsible company that possesses something increasingly rare these days: humanity.

I was there placed with my wheelchair and they were very helpful with sorting everything out and I will definitely use them again if needed

Every thing as advertised and fast delivery absolutely no complaints.

The speed of service was excellent. The product (refurbished) was exactly as expected and a fraction of the price of a brand new unit. Communication from the delivery courier was super and a really helpful fellow. Communication with DBX also outstanding. We were really pleased to have found them.

Happy with purchase but disappointed with delivery as it was left in my garden i obviously have mobily probs so luckily i have good neighbours who brought it in house for me

Our first time for buying a secondhand chair. My questions were dealt with by return call or email very quickly and honestly. Delivery was very prompt. The chair was very well prepared and presented. Nice company to do business with.

Swift delivery. Well refurbished chair. Marvellous price. The chair could be mistaken for new. I do wish it came with instructions and explanations about the different parts of the chair though. I do understand if that is not always possible.
