3 orders
Ordered 3 times, one delivery had multiple damaged panels at the ends and some right in the middle which was a pain but luckily I had over ordered which allowed for some waste. They offered to replace but wanted me to repackage them ready to send back, was easier to just bin them.
Second order was a smaller one and fine.
Third order had 2 trims missing, I called as soon as I noticed and was told they would send out after the weekend. Never arrived so just got the trims from somewhere local. Also more damaged panels as I worked my way through.

ordered 35 panels and 90% were damaged…
ordered 35 panels and 90% were damaged either at one end, both ends or on the middle. there is no bubble wrap or anything to stop damage. other sellers of this kind of panel fully wrap and double the ends over. like the other buyer, they wanted me to pile them up and take a photo, this after me telling them that i had started fitting and had to cut ends off. good job i did not need full panel lengths. absolute shambles of a company. i was short 1 white/chrome coving starter trim and the one they sent was full chrome. they replaced that one with the correct type of trim but smaller. 20mm coving insted of, 30mm like the original ones, which was no good to me.
said that they had changed supplier but did not offer to get in touch with, or give me the details of, the previous supplier now we are having trouble getting the correct trim. out of a £400 order they offered me 10% off 25 panels. £18.

The reason we ask for one photograph showing the damages, is so we can send this to the courier company. Unfortunately, as you had already used the panels, the most we could do on this occasion was to process a 10% refund on the damaged panels. If the panels could not have been used, we would have been able to replace these for you. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I initially dealt with Caitlin who was a waste of space and let the company down.
I then spoke to Janice who saved the day and used common sense, very helpful and will certainly use again.

The product is so clever and simple to use anybody could fit it. The delivery was well organised and came on time. I started in one room but it looked that good we have done the whole house.

Useless
As with other reviews posted having a very similar experience…
Initially ordered £36 panels, more than half arrived damaged. Sent photos as requested and Replacement arrived a dew days later, and yet more damaged arrived…
Now having to wait for them to collect the damaged panels before they will send me the 4 im needing to finish the project.
Whole project has been on hold numerous times due to the lack of care in sending panels out.
Had the audacity to offer me £5.60 to keep the damaged panels.
Told me courier would be in touch in 48 hours…. That was 3 days ago…
I dont know what dbs bathrooms are playing at but service used to be brilliant. Its clearly gone down hill.!

We are very sorry to see the issues you had with damages on your order. This is completely unacceptable and not the level of service we strive to provide our customers with.
We can see from the photographs provided, there was a complete lack of care from the courier when handling your goods, on multiple occasions. We have forwarded all your photographs to raise our concerns.
With regards to the damages, we do not expect you to have to use these. However, due to the length of the panels, most customers require the panels cutting to size before installation. If the damage is at the end of the panels, this is usually cut off. We offer this option to not hold up your project, and we then issue a partial refund for being able to do so. If this isn't something that it appropriate, we send our replacement panels. Sometimes the courier company will request to collect the damaged items, this is why we ask not to dispose of them.
Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to try and resolve this with you, we did have to ask Amazon to step in and resolve this due to your behaviour.
The constant verbal abuse you gave to multiple members of our customer service team was nothing short of disgraceful. This has been reported directly to Amazon along with screenshots of all your messages to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
We can see from your other Trustpilot reviews that this seems a common occurrence with yourself, and we do not wish to have any further dealings with you.
