Andrew was great! He was thorough, efficient and the report was easy to understand listing what needed to be looked at/repaired. He also took the time to talk me through the report after the fact and discuss option for the repair needed, providing valuable industry advice.

We wanted to carry out a Home Buyers report so used a comparison website to see the difference in quotes. Andrew's quote was one of the first ones that came through and looking at previous reviews we chose to use his services.
Booking an appointment with Andrew was very quick and easy. The process as a whole was very smooth. We are very pleased with the report received and the detail involved. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andrew's company again!

I can highly recommend this surveyor. Andrew contacted me very quickly and made arrangements without any fuss. Very quick professional and thorough service at very competitive rate

The initial response to my enquiry was very prompt. The DBISS quote was competitive, but this was not the main reason for selecting them; it was the business-like approach and request for pertinent information that suggested a certain level of professionalism. Andrew Parker contacted our agent and arranged to undertake a level 3 building survey within a week - a nice touch was that he telephoned me with a verbal report on day of survey. The report itself was very comprehensive, clearly identifying any remedial work required, together with budget sums. In short, an excellent and timely service - highly recommended.

We were incredibly impressed with the detail, quality and aftercare of DBIS. As first time buyers we were quite confused about some of the terminology of structural surveys versus engineering surveys etc. and Andrew was able to help us understand what these things were and what would be the most helpful plan of action for the property. We found Dbiss through a comparison website, we contacted Andrew and made further enquiries about a Level 3 survey. As first time buyers, we wanted to ensure that the house is in order and we were unsure whether we require the drone service. Andrew was super honest and explained the needs of the drone, he was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns. He is always professional on the phone and dealt with all of our enquiries. The report took 5 working days to arrive, it was very thorough and we also liked the fact that it explains how to maintain your house in good conditions at the end of the report. We would return to Dbiss/Andrew when we buy another property again.
