I can't thank you enough for your support and excellent service. Aftercare is second to none and would recommend this company to anyone.

From initial order, through painless installation and having a few weeks experience of this excellent piece of equipment; I am more than pleased. In addition, I received a follow-up phone call today from Uwe to check that all is well.

We had a brilliant experience with Daxom boilers. They came out to fit the boiler which was done very quickly, they were on time and they followed up afterwards to check all was okay. A brilliant service and would recommend.

My direct experience of Daxom UK Ltd has been through their engineer Uwe Koenig whose services I simply cannot praise highly enough.
I have had cause to call him on a number of occasions now, when my heating system was not behaving as it should, and he has always taken as much time as necessary to go through, patiently and exhaustively, all of the possible reasons for the difficulties I was experiencing, in order to diagnose exactly where the problem lay.
Most often, the cause has turned out to be something externally connected to my boiler rather than anything internally within it, meaning that it was not actually Daxom's responsibility. Either way, he has not only never asked for any payment at all, but he has also even declined to accept any gift of thanks!
When it has not been possible for him to diagnose the problem with my heating system over the phone, even using FaceTime to look at the equipment virtually, he has twice visited my home (between one and two hours drive from his) in order to see for himself, first hand, what was going. Most recently (yesterday: 17/12/22) he first spent two hours on the phone with me (using FaceTime) on a Saturday evening and then, when that proved inconclusive, he drove to my home the following morning (today, 18/12/22, a Sunday!), and spent an hour working out exactly where the problem lay.
I therefore cannot, as I've said, praise Uwe enough, and would recommend his services most highly to anyone with a Daxom boiler.

We purchased 12kw combi boiler recently, and are very happy central heating heats up really quick. Hot water is great just like a gas boiler.
Really helpful if you have any enquiries and get back very quick.

We purchased the 12 kw boiler 3 years ago had it serviced once the engineer arrived on time was very helpful and polite .
We are very pleased with this boiler it gives us hot water when we need it and runs the radiators very efficiently.

The Daxom team are wonderful. The after sales service is exceptional. The environment for my new Daxom boiler was set up incorrectly previously. Daxom worked through the issues systematically with me. They really care about their products. I like using a green boiler too.

The Team at Daxom UK are simply exceptional. Their style of service is distinctly "old school" where their commitment to the product and the customer is unlimited. This means that, from install to service, no issue is too great for them to take seriously and handle promptly. The product is excellent (I have 24Kw and a 36Kw combi boilers) and the future of hot water and heating is right here with the electric solution. Personally, I cant thank the team enough for all of their support and guidance.

I bought three 12kw boilers and used their guys to install them.
They turned up spot on time as promised and 3 days latter the job was completed with next to no disruption.
The boilers themselves way exceeded my expectations.
We have had them on test for a couple of weeks and wow they really do perform.
Although they are located in 3 different size properties, small, medium and large even the large 4 bed property is performing on the 8kw setting quite adequately.
The smallest property is still 2 bedroom and was fitted with the 12kw combi boiler and is producing plenty of hot water on demand and only on the 8kw setting.
All in all a great product at a good price, professionally installed.

The boiler is fantastic and the service was excellent

Excellent boiler, replaced a gas boiler. Pipe work and radiators didn’t need to be changed. Works very well and aftercare has been excellent. Would recommend to others.
