Efficient and Excellent Customer service.
When I arrived, the customer service representative was able to pull up my order easily, print out my order, and direct me to the pick up area. The men who filled my order brought all items in a timely manner and loaded them into my car. I was their sole focus until my order was complete. Excellent efficiency and customer service. Great prices as well. Cheaper than competitors.

This is not what I asked for
This is not what I asked for. I asked for arms that I could adjust not the arm bar. This is useless for me, takes up too much space as is. It’s’ Also has scratched up coating. I’m very disappointed

After this post the company reached out to me immediately and asked “ How can we correct this to your satisfaction? “
They were very eager to make sure I was satisfied. They handled the matter very professionally and sent me a new rack at their expense
The customer service was top notch, something you don’t see in todays business world. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. GreatJob !

How to purchase wine and easy on the pocketbookk
I am not a wine expert by any means but this is by far a great tasting wine. Delicate and easy on the palate. I wouldn't be afraid to serve this wine to anyone, and I bet I would get lots of raves

Lied about shipping
Lied about shipping, costed us an extra day of closing business, aweful quality shelves, will never reorder again. When contacted rep about being unsatisfied, the sales rep emailed saying to call him Monday, instead of him calling us to apologize.

Satisfied Customer
I accidentally purchased the wrong type of hangers from Dawson Jones, I called them and the representative promised to send me a return label along with the correct hangers I wanted. It took a while but Mike was very accommodating and replaced the hangers for me.
