Her wealth of knowledge of the area, what and what did not need to be done to make my house ready for the market made my sale seamless. Paige was wonderful to work with and made our rental house hunt so easy. She was always available to chat about different houses and check them out for us. We were moving to Texas from out of state and did not have any time to visit The Woodlands and see the homes in person. We thought we would have to rely on photos until we found Paige! She checked on all of the homes we were interested in to find out availability, if they were any pending applications, and what the pet requirements were. She also made several trips to different houses we were interested to takes videos of the property since we couldn’t see them ourselves. Once we finally found the perfect house, she made the application process so easy and smooth and we had our signed lease in no time! Paige has something that stands out to us. We have high standards for people that we work with or do work for us. Paige exceeded all expectations. That is mark not easily earned or given out.

As a real estate professional, Paige demonstrated herself to be an expert in the areas we were looking and answered all of the questions we had in ways that made sense to us. She offered much advise and historical insight to the community.

Through Paige, we were able to meet our goal for the week and leave town with an accepted offer. We must have looked at more than 15 homes, most of them in the first two days Paige spent with us.

Paige was there for us, even after closing. For any questions we had, for referrals that we needed with inspections, and for just basic questions about the area. She made herself available and was more than reliable.

We got to know Paige a bit in the time we spent with her. She has a great sense of humor and is relatable. Easy to talk with and offered insight to things that mattered to us.

We would recommend Paige to anyone, her skills in the profession are excellent. Moreover, we would recommend Paige to our closest friends and family, because she is that caliber of a professional and a genuine person. Paige really, really worked hard for us and that matters so much it made the difference of us achieving our goal or failing.
