I asked for davis case to check into it 3 times and have not heard back from them.

I have been purchasing from Davis case for over 10 years. I buy my cases 2 and 3 at a time. I pulled out a new one, used it for one day and the molded phone case was cracked and wouldn't hold the phone. I emailed and in one day they responded and they are sending me a replacement. You can't get better service than that!
The quality and attention to detail is unmatched by any other company. I have ordered genuine leather products from all over the world for over 30 years, and this company is outstanding! After waiting three weeks for the case to arrive - there is a 3.5-inch section along the edge that the stitching is broken, torn and missing stitches. There is also some sort of sticky substance adhered along the defective stitching. I am shocked at the quality assurance and that you would send this out to a customer as a new. I have pictures, but am unable to upload them here. Reached out to customer service three times with no response. Had to initiate PayPal intervention for refund.

I purchased the ostrich texture kickstand wallet case, it was poorly made,and started coming apart with in a month. I tried contacting the company and they would not respond to me. They have no quality now,and they are not concerned with quality. I do not recommend Daviscase or any products affiliated with them.
I did contact you at Daviscase and I sent you pictures, and now over a year later, more like a year and a half you contact me through this site. You asked me to remove my review and you would give me 15% off my next purchase.

I was going to buy one of their supposedly lovely leather case for my phone, it is virtually impossible to get in touch with this crowd, i wanted to know how long it would take to deliver to me and how would I apply the 10% discount by signed up for the newsletter which I did, and I've had no reply for over two days, they're not that busy that they can't reply, so in fact now I will not buy their leather phone case and I recommend if anybody's thinking of buying their leather phone case to think again.
Their not going to reply ever!

I have bought cases, or cases replacing other brands, from Davis Case for five different iPhones (4, 5, 6s, 11, & 16), as well as two for my wife. I’ve also bought other items, such as a satchel for a laptop and a wallet.
The quality of the leather is very good; it may not be the absolute best in some sense, but I haven’t found better among the various leather iPhone cases I’ve tried, even considerably more expensive brands. They don’t last forever, as shouldn’t be surprising in a natural product. I replaced the iPhone 6s (which I still use daily because it has a headphone jack) case when I got the iPhone 16 case in late April; the iPhone 11 case is still quite serviceable after 4 ½ years.
Yes, delivery can be slow, and Israel Post isn’t always informative about progress, but every problem I’ve had from their (Davis Case’) end has been resolved quickly (as these things go) and favorably. I would say that a more precise rating would be about 4.8 instead of 5, but close enough.
I’ve recommended them to others, and I recommend them to you.
I have had 2 cases from this company, and they worked well, except for credit cards not remaining secured too well.
I ordered a new case a week ago and the package appears to be still in Israel. I have messaged them multiple times and they just tell me it should be there next week...but the tracking number suggests it has not left. Very frustrating. Poor customer service
They sent the wrong case and I have been trying to get my money back through PayPal for over 30 day, but they delayed the process because they said they sent me a new one and provided a fake tracking number. Pretty sure that $45 is gone, crap company don’t waste your money!

Have purchased 3 cases from Davis Case.
First one sent was wrong size.
Second one deteriorated prematurely as lether was poor quality.
Third one ordered Black received dark brown.
Yanos promised me a 20% discount on next purchase.
When the clip failed on this case I contacted Yanos for assistance. Offered me a 10% discount and when reminded of previous promise he stopped communicating.
Don't bother with this product unless you are willing to replace regularly and put up with poor customer service.
I will be going elsewhere.

We were each on our third Daviscase, obviously liking them, but the slots for credit cards were too loose in the new cases. Within a couple of months, both my wife and I lost credit cards when they slid out of the case unnoticed. We all know the hell of having to update new credit card info. After the third time, I contacted Davis case to ask for replacement cases and all they offered was a 10% discount if I bought a new case. They did not stand by their product at all. VERY disappointed in the lack of integrity of this company. Found great replacement at Nomad and our credit cards have been snug ever since. Sorry Daviscase - you lost two long time customers.

I purchased two cases after 12 months for the same phone model. Since the case wont last much longer even though its leather. The stiching is poor and rubber case which holds the phone detaches within the first few weeks but you can glue it back with some super glue as I did. The clipon latch and strap to close the case also don't last and where falling to pieces. Which was the main reason I ordered a new one. This time I decided to order the retro tan colour and instead they sent me a dark brown case after it took a month to arrive. When I took a picture and pointed it out to them that they may have made a mistake with my order, they replied by saying they couldn't see any difference and its probably due to the fact that its real leather and the shades may vary as if I am not aware of that possibility. The dark brown case which is almost black is of no comparison to the tan retro case colour I ordered. I replied to there lame excuse but never heard back from them again. Customer service is non existent..... and you are definitely not even appreciated. Buy at your own risk.

False advertising and very disspointing costumer service.
I was very excited when finding this website, but after receiving the product it was a different story. It was a mix of some genuine leather, but mostly plastic and it was a cheap, low quality product. It also took 2 months before I received it. To the sellers defence, they did offer me a new cover as a compensation, but I had to pay for fast shipping, which again ended up taking much longer than promised. When I tried to talk with costumer service they did not respond very well. I would not recommend buying from this website.
Very disappointing. The case is plastic not leather as advertised. The part that holds the phone is glued in crookedly.
Waited 16 days to get the case from *Israel*. Not worth returning. Buyer beware.

False advertising, not from USA. Its from Israel.
to be fair, the 1st case I bought from DavisCase was good. Then I upgraded my phone to iPhone 12 mini and had no negative thoughts about ordering a case for this phone from them. The 1st one they sent me from Israel took weeks to arrive, and at 1st glance it was apparent that the inner silicone case was a cheap and nasty thing they had just inexpertly glues inside the leather outer case, it was Baggy around the phone and hardly held the phone in placeat all. I of course e-mailed the company and complained, their response was to post me a replacement case, which tuned out to be worse than the first case in that the inner silicone case wasn't even glued in properly and literally fell out of the leather outer, on complaining again I received an e-mail response telling me to super glue the silicone part back into the leather outer. All I can say is buy from them at your own peril.
