If you want to by cycle here, you will disappoint like me. Tooooo much expensive because they are promising 2 years insurance and service. Don't believe. Nothing true from them words.
I bought tricycle with price 70 000 Egyptian pounds. At the same time in Cairo it cost 55 000 maximum. They are promising services and support but in the beginning they are bring it for me full broken. Maybe used. After they changed but still work not well. We called many times for fixing them mistakes and they are just promising and doesn't do anything.
Please don't pay a lot for empty promises.

Post sale assistance very bad. Bought a new electric scooter, with evident structural problems. After 4 interventions by the technicians, assuring me that everything was fine, the problems still were there and finally they decided to change it with another new one. Same problems again, although they said they tried it before delivering it, another problem with the same rear tire was there. Worst post sale assistance ever. During last call with the customer assistance, they accused me of misuse, laughing about my problem, although their technician used the scooter more than me since I bought it, in order to unsuccessfully trying to fix it. Totally not recommended.

Apart from hiking the price so much, they charge you 2% for using a debt card.
You would only know after signing the contract.
Their curtesy ends after you pay.
After sale care none- existed, they become rude and asking for money every time you ask for what should be mandatory rights after the warranty period.
I bought a scooter Keewy-Keet 2000w, was told doesn’t require licence that was a lie.
The police confiscated it as it requires licencing and to get it you need a proof of custom release from the dealer.
When I asked for it they kept playing frustrating techniques to force me to give up.
In the end they told me bluntly, “ This was passed through the custom as a child toy and there is nothing we can do for you,”
Definitely, there must be a corrupt customer- officer who work for them but that wouldn’t benefit you in any way. The legal system is dead slow and so confusing that you’ll end up with a massive bill in top of your loses and getting nothing.
