Your return policy is very complicated and demanding. However, I had to drive all the way until I found EMS branch as you requested to return the item with an additional payment of 39.9 pounds. Not forgetting the sticker that I had to make it visible for customs to make you avoid tax payment While I had to pay around 40 pound to return an item. I’m sorry this experience was too much for me.

I had problems in allocating the promotional code on the website so I ordered and wrote to them and I got a quick response to say the discounted amount will go back on my card which is great customer service. The items arrived in time and nicely presented.The dress is unique with clean lines and I like the detailing of the gold butterfly. Unfortunately the matching hair and was sold out.
