Beautiful, well made and fast shipping
The dresses are beautiful just as pictured. Delivery was fast and quality is amazing. Cannot wait to see our girls wearing these dresses. Very much appreciated the sale that was active and allowed me to purchase these for a very reasonable price. True to size and very well made making the dresses comfortable for children to wear.

The quality of the fabric is very poor
The quality of the fabric is very poor, and the size was strange, short, but not commensurate with my daughter's body, very wide, slouching shoulders. Also, the shipping company took a tax from me in the amount of 263 Saudi riyals, which is absolutely illogical

We are sorry you were not happy with your product , the size speciation of our dresses is always monitored and adjusted where necessary but after 50yrs in business we believe we have the correct fit for the majority of our clients.
As per our terms and conditions the client is responsible for import duties and taxes into the country of destination this is something we have no control over.

HORRIBLE. TRIED TO RETURN SENT 3 EMAILS NO RESPONSE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU WANT TO PURCHASE NON IF YOU WANT TO RETURN. WHO KNOWS IF I WILL BE REFUNDED. VERY EXPENSIVE TO SEND BACK.

One of the worst online shops
This is one of the worst online shops I've ever dealt with. I bought a dress for my daughter and they sent it via FEDEX and when it arrived, we found that it does not fit and we had to return it and they refused us to send it via FEDEX or any other courier company and they demanded to send it via local post service and it ended up paying 35.5% of the the dress cost just for sending it back and with the original shipping cost they took to send it at the beginning, we indeed paid more than half the price of the dress that we don't have now!
will never deal with them again

David Charles dresses are everting what you would wish for! We have a collection and my daughter have been growing up with those dresses! Keep purchasing and never ever don’t disappoint!
Would be good if the dress coming with a nice hanger (not plastic) and dress should have a nice protection bag! Hopefully you guys have something to work on in the future! Otherwise we are very pleased ;)

you give a telelphone number who belongs to a private citizen here in the usa,sending the wrong merchandise and lo and behold i the consumer who was dopped by you have to pay for your mistakes? if i am not getting a free label for shipping and my money back my next move will be a letter from my lawyer and social media will be aware of your terrible public relations!
