I have made an order on October, and I never received it (we are in march).
At first they answer to me by email, just by saying that there is a strike problem and I will receive my order on few business days. But after, they stop answering me when I mentioned that they probably loose my order.

Please send me my order now !!

This company is a joke. I waited much longer than the said delivery time for this shirt, and when it finally arrived it was not what I ordered at all. First the t-shirt was a completely different colour than what I ordered, the colour it arrived in wasnt even one of the options. Second, on the product description it said that the shirt was 100% cotton, but the shirt that I received was not made of cotton at all. There was literally a label on it that said "100% polyester". Also the whole design of the shirt really disappointed me. It was not proper emboidered writing on the shirt with an aplique star that had some holes as a design like it looked on the photo but a cheaply printed copy of it on the shirt that did not even match properly. The price was cheap, but for what I received I wouldnt even pay a penny.

Rubbish service from start to finish, placed Oder which sat for 3 weeks, I contacted and it took another 3 days to answer email for them to tell me the order had been missed. Tracking did not work and passed the 10 working days I asked for a refund and they basically said no! item is based in USA it isn’t its a cheap Chinese product. It’s 100% polyester and is so cheaply made it’s falling to bits as I unwrapped it

I placed an order on August 22nd, and still haven't received my order.

I was not sent a tracking number. When i emailed, there was no response from Daulet Apparel.

After the 4th/5th email, I received a voucher to order my product again. The voucher did not work! I did not place a 2nd order due to this.

I have sent 2 further emails requesting a refund, to which there had been no response.

This website is a scam. Please do not order from here.

DO NOT ORDER HERE as you can tell by the other reviews this place is a scam, it’s been 5 months and they had me order twice when the first one didn’t work. I got robbed silly for 140$

Ordered my daughter a sweatshirt on April 18th 2025. It’s been 2 weeks and I never received and email with a tracking number. I tried looking up my order number on their website and it says the order number is wrong or no good. I’ve tried calling the number and it beeps and hangs up. Sent and email and haven’t heard back.
It’s very unfortunate that in these times when people are already struggling to survive, I managed to save enough money to buy my daughter a sweatshirt she’s been asking for, for months, and I get scammed. I’d be embarrassed to have children that grew up to be thieves. Absolute lowlives you are.

Never recieved my item and all my contract with them has been ignored. Scammers took my money, you should avoid.

I ordered three items for my daughter for Christmas. I was worried that they would be delayed because of the postal strike but the customer service rep was so kind and help me ensure that the delivery would be on time. Would order again.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend

I had an awful experience with this site. They never shipped my order, despite my attempts to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I chose the option to pay 30 days later, which I pushed to December since I never received my items. I sent them 10 emails over the span of a month, and never got a single response. It was only when I contacted PayPal that things started moving. PayPal opened a case, and I escalated it to Buyer Protection cuz they never answered. Thankfully, they ruled in my favor, and I got my money back.

Only after that did the company finally tell me, “Oh, your package was lost, we’ll send a new one." They claimed it would arrive in 10-15 days and would be shipped with no additional costs, which is nonsense—I already paid the shipping fees the first time!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking. I ordered a t shirt on the 11th of October, waited the suggested 10 days and an extra 2, I emailed about their being no delivery on the 23rd and got a reply on the 28th and got a response saying it was lost in transit and another will be sent as priority. Waited until the 12th November and disputed this with my bank. Please do not use this “business” such a joke

Experience was great. Got the product I was looking for and everything came on time. This is my third order with them. No issues!

Waited for 4 weeks from mid April 2024, emailed them and they said they messed up and would put my order in as priority. I asked if it would continue to take weeks for my shirt to arrive and I was told I would receive a shipping confirmation after 2 working days. 10 days later I’m yet to receive anything. In this day and age of online sales and how efficiently companies process orders, I can safely say this is the worst online experience I’ve ever received. Avoid at all costs.

Was skeptical at first, but I bought three hoodies anyway and was quite surprised with the quality. For only 99 usd the hoodies were quite worth it.

Ich lebe in Deutschland und mit Absicht schreibe ich auf Deutsch! Ich finde es eine bodenlose Frechheit was hier abgezogen wird!! Mein Kind hat sich hier was bestellt von 40€ und er bekommt die Ware NICHT? Wartet Monate lang auf seine zwei T- Shirts und wurde hingehalten! Kinder abzocken ist das letzte!!!!! Schämt euch!

Terrible customer service. Ignored my multiple requests for information about my order which never arrived and they did not issue a refund. I ended up out of pocket and with zero merchandise. Will never use again.

Very poor quality merchandise! Graphics are faded and very spotty! And all sales are final!

I have been waiting for an order with multiple items for four months when the ship date was supposed to be in weeks. I contacted their support several times and they will not give me updates nor a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM DAULET! This company is scamming people. There are much better companies selling Japanese street fashion.

Purchased the blue souls hoodie and was happy overall with the product, took about 1.5 weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait….definitely will shop again.

I had purchased a hoodie on January 15th and it had arrived within a week. Quality was good for the price point so overall I was happy.
