Datraction is a professional data recovery laboratory in London. We recover data from failed hard drives, SSDs, external drives, laptops, Apple Mac systems and mobile phones. Unlike a general repair shop, Datraction is set up as a recovery lab. Mechanical hard-drive work is carried out in a dedicated cleanroom environment. Where imaging is possible, we image the media before repair and work on controlled copies rather than the fragile original. Most cases are diagnosed and completed in-house by the same engineers — not passed through layers of agents or case managers. Standard diagnosis is free. After assessment you receive a written price or an agreed range before recovery begins, so you can decide with clear information rather than a phone guess. If we cannot recover useful data, there is no recovery fee for that work. Where a device has already been opened or worked on elsewhere, we explain any enhanced assessment cost before that work starts. We serve customers across the UK from our London laboratory at 136 Kingston Road, SW19 1LY, with courier intake for devices that cannot be dropped off in person. Standard turnaround is typically 5–10 working days from arrival; express and 24-hour emergency options are available for suitable cases.
