Overall packaging and the product is very good.
the fuse cable provided were messed up, all the fuse cables were of the same colour.

The order is not delivered and the amount is not refunded so beware before payment and order better to order from somewhere else

This is the second time I bought dash cam and fully satisfied!!
Fast delievery, no issues with packing and working well.
Hope in future we can get the similar support for after sale service, in case if it's required!

Thereafter, the experience has been super smooth. I have done multiple purchases. What's more, they even have a helpline, though this can be more professionally done! DDPAI X5 PRO Camera built quality and functioning are good. However, (iOS) app interface freezes frequently rendering dashcam useless. DDPAI need to work on this issue on priority considering difficulty faced by existing customers.
