Very slow to respond or no response at all. Tries to push blame on customer for their mistakes, then tries to make you feel stupid for contacting them. Unacceptable.

I ordered the DR490-2ch. Solid product. I also added the magic pro power setup. This made installation and hardware into the fuse box very easy. I’m not the best with electronics and this was very easy for me. So far it runs consistently and performs exactly as advertised!

Excellent Service
DashCam Bros provides quick and excellent customer service. There was a mix up with my original order and they immediately corrected it. The same physical product can be ordered from any retailer, but the service is what makes the difference, especially for ease of online ordering. Would do business with them again.

I have a good experience. Product shipped pretty quickly. I’ve ordered the blackvue dr490L-2Ch with gps. Wish they could’ve have a package deal which the prices included the external gps.

We do not carry the Thinkware F800 front camera or F800 rear camera as of today, so it is not possible that we sold you the F800 Dash Cam or Rear Camera from our site, or any other channel that we do business on. With that said, we are expecting to carry these products within the coming weeks.

Dash-cam Bros did an excellent job. That being said, I am disappointed with the thinkware dash cam. It's not user friendly.

Easy ordering process and had the lowest price I could find. I called in and got some questions answered (very helpful and friendly staff person), and had my dash cam within a few days. I'd recommend Dash Cam Bros to anyone.

Cameras and pro magic work as advertised...very easy to hookup and operate but night vision out of the front and rear camera is very poor unless you are in the best light. The front camera does not do a food job of capturing tag details and playing back the camera via a mobile device is an exercise in extreme patients.

Wouldn't take back my 16gb card (around 30 dollars) after purchasing a 128gb card from them (around 120 dollars), which I found to be a little petty, but other than that, good experience.
