I have used Dartyl Ltd for a number of jobs over the past 18 or so months including fixing a toilet, sorting out bathroom leaks and Gas Safety Checks, both in my own property and tenanted properties. On every occasion they have been punctual, professional, got the job done and always at a reasonable price. Fully recommended and extra brownie points for Kelly, the friendliest person at the end of a business phone I've come across.

Excellent communication with office staff and the plumber was knowledgeable and was able to recommend a replacement water heater as there were no parts for mine. Even when they couldn't install it straight away, they set an alternative date soon after and they installed it well with no mess left behind.

Dartyl was fantastic when our boiler suddenly started making loud noises on a Friday morning. The thought of a weekend without hot water and heating was horrible, but Kelly was helpful and reassuring on the phone, and Darren was quick and professional in identifying and fixing the problem. It was even better when the invoice arrived and it was really reasonable. We'll be calling on Dartyl again.

I rang them at 11 in the morning as boiler not working and no hot water or heating. Kelly in the office was so lovely and helpful and arranged for Darren to come out that afternoon. He managed to get hot water working and had to order a new part. Came back and fixed boiler as soon as part arrived. Everything working fine now. Will 100% use them again 👍

First class prompt service.
My small problem was dealt with within 24 hours by Tyler who fitted a new cistern valve and in line stop valve quickly and cleanly. Very courteous and respected my property.
