I made an order in January for over £100 for two t shirts and one hoodie. It's March now and 4 months later I have got nothing more than two emails and one auto reply email that have not helped me resolve my issues.

All my clothes sizes were incorrect, I ordered two medium t shirts, one small hoodie. I recieved two large T shirts and one medium hoodie, all a size up.

The two shirts you can customise whether your graphic design is on the back or front; well I asked for it on the front and ironically recieved it on the back. This is not to mention that the t shirts graphic designs were very faded and not well done, which to say im paying £30+ per t shirt isn't that great.

The bigger concern however is that I've asked repeatedly: how can I return the products and recieve my money, I haven't worn the clothes to this day as they sit in my wardrobe unused ready to be returned and I have recieved zero support in actioning this.

The only darkness on the rise is my profound dissapointment with this company, it is a certified ONR which I would never reccomend within my existence.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this website. I placed an order for a shirt and was immediately charged, but I never received any order confirmation, receipt, or email acknowledging the purchase. This is not normal for any legitimate online store.

I tried contacting them to verify the order, but without any confirmation or documentation of the purchase, the whole situation feels very suspicious. Because of this, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, and I am currently waiting for the investigation.

A legitimate business should always provide an order confirmation and receipt after a purchase. The lack of basic communication and documentation is a major red flag. I would advise others to be careful before buying from this site.

Such a shame — the site and products looked legitimate, but unfortunately this appears to be a scam.

I placed an order for over 10 items on 31/01/2026 and allowed 7 working days for dispatch. It has now been 10 working days with no update on my order and no response to my email enquiries.

Fellow Dragon Ball fans, please be cautious. I am now having to start a claims process with my bank to recover the funds.

If the site owners see this review, I am deliberately not blocking your ads, as I want other fans to be aware and avoid the same situation.
