Deeply disappointed with our recent Umrah trip with Dar El Salam. We chose them for their "family-friendly" reputation, but they failed us at every turn.

Transparency is non-existent at DST, they dropped the ball on almost every promise. If you are traveling with a family, especially one with special needs, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They are not equipped to handle the needs of a family.

Racist i would never recomend

Unprofessional, more expensive compare to other similar agencies. Make sure you do your own research before you use their services. So sad that this is a supposed Muslim Travel Agency. They do not keep their promise nor care about their clients. Once they have your deposit you are at their mercy.

This company stole my deposit and has refused to refund me. Everything was going great up until I paid my deposit and sent my passport copy. Do yourself a favor and read all the Yelp and other reviews for this company. Do not be fooled by the fact that they work with known American sheikhs. They are a fraud and WILL steal your money. In addition to this, they are condescending, rude, and racist. Are these people even Muslim?
