Order fitted bedsheet holders online. Trying to return fitted bedsheet holders.. Phone number does not work and no response from email.

I ordered and said pkg on the way got to NY and stopped. Been there since Jan.
I tried contacting the company no response had tried many times.
Gave up!

I am a senior 84 hrs old on fixed income and I placed an order with Daphtora for Dust Removal, at the cost of $95.00..Never received my order, sent 4 emails to them and they never responded to any. I’m so upset cuz $95.00 is so much money off my budget. I don’t know what else I can do. I’m Canadian and have never ordered online for the reason of what happened. I hope no one else becomes a victim. This issue began ……

Bought sheet keepers. No shipping after a week tried to call phone number does not connect and emailed with no response. I contacted PayPal and come to find out my money went to a company in China instead of the original company which had a New York address. It is a fraudulent website that sends your money to accompany in China and your product comes from Wuhan China.

I wish I had had an opportunity to read these reviews before I ordered from this scam company. I didn’t. But be that as it may, I ordered these things that you are supposed to use to keep your sheets tight on your bed. They don’t work. I have emailed them 4x to try to return. No response. I also contacted Paypal for help since I used them to pay for the product. Paypal has been of no value either. I will NEVER use Paypal again. They say they can’t do anything about it. What a crock!!
I also contacted shop.com because they processed my payment. They are of no value either. I am just going to quit ordering from any website I don’t know from past experience. It’s not worth it. Too many companies out there are just trying to steal and lie and cheat. It’s really sad!

I gave 3 stars due to lack of communication..., emails, and phone calls are useless....and, due to the time it took for me to get my order.
I was able to eventually make contact, about a month after I placed my order. I was sent my payment receipt and a statement saying, "It's coming." I placed my order on January 12,2026... I finally received it today, March 8,2026. I didn't think that I'd get it at all. If I knew the item was being sold on Amazon, I would have ordered it from them...at least, I could've gotten a refund weeks ago.
Anyway, it came after almost 2 months.

I never received my product and when I tried to call or email them the phone call wouldn’t go through and the email would bounce back saying they could not send.

I thought I could trust the site since they acepted PayPal and I would have some protection for my purchase. But I was wrong. Thank goodness my loss was only $42.91.
First - This company is in China not the US. SO they will charge you an arm and leg for shipping.
Second - The shipping that I paid was not remitted to the shipper in the US. Daphtora paid only the shipping from China to the first port in the US. So the item is stuck at ther port!
I received message from Komon (the shipper) that says "Unpaid postage, item will not be delivered -> The package associated with this tracking number did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant to seek reshipment, refund, or other available recourse."
WORST - All emails to Daphtora returned as undeliverable!!! I even emailed glodlimited, the company they use for payments, and they also did not respond. I tried emaling again, and same result - undeliverable and no response.
LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DAPHTORA!!!
