I have been trying to return a product…
I have been trying to return a product that I don’t like. I followed their directions exactly. They bent even after curing, they split, they came off after 1 day.
I have tried reaching out and because there was a money back guarantee if not satisfied. They stated it has to be in condition it was mailed as. Well how am I supposed to know if I like or don’t like if conditions were t used. RIDICULOUS DON’T BUY

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Refunds due to product quality issues do not require the return of the product. However, if you have purchased multiple products and one of them has quality issues, you need to keep the packaging and return the other products if they are not opened. Maybe our customer service did not explain it clearly. We are very sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Fun to try and nothing more...
The nails are super cute and the designs on them are amazing. Some of the issues I had were with the nail light was practically worthless. I had to hold the nails under the light for multiple minutes on end. The some of the nails never got hard enough to be completely solid. 2 of the nails chipped off not even 5 days in and another nails just completely popped off. The kits do come with all the tools one might need to apply the nails and not much more. I bought the nails remover serum and never used it bc the nails will pretty much peel or pop off on there own.

Sorry to disappoint you. If the nails do not dry within 60 seconds, first check that the light is good. Again, bring your hand close to the light source and re-expose it to the light for 60 seconds.
If the UV lamp has not hardened after 60 seconds of exposure to the UV lamp after applying the Top Coat, we also recommend that you can bake for an additional 30 -60 seconds. This is due to the fact that everyone uses a different thickness of topcoat and if the Top Coat is thicker, it will take longer!
Do not expose to hot water or steam for 3 hours. Prolonged or repeated exposure to hot water or hot steam over a short period of time can damage the adhesive layer, and the it will most likely be damaged by the hot water or hot steam before it fully covers the nail, eventually leading to peeling.
Good & reliable experience!
The nail strips were very fun for our beach week and lasted the whole time, even with all the sand and water. I am pleased with the quality of this product and company, everything arrived fast and with great packaging that included everything we needed in it!

The nails did not get hard, tried up to 3 minutes under the light checking after each minute. Way to flexible, can't use them.

It is recommended that you apply the top coat which will become very hard very quickly.

Really nice gel nails and fast shipping
The gel nails from Danni & Toni are the best I’ve tried so far. They have a ton of different styles/colors and they are easy to apply. You need to use a UV nail lamp when putting them on to stay well. But if you do it correctly they are very durable, mine stayed on for over 10 days, even in the shower and pool.
From my experience so far the shipping is fast and they are well-packed. Each nail set comes with a bunch of items to put them on which is nice. I have purchased a few times from them and plan to go back for some more!

I tried twice to put the nails on. Getting them on was no problem … getting them to harden under the UV light was next to impossible. I was very disappointed .
I sent a note to your customer service the day the package arrived explaining that I was unable to get the nails to harden. No reply.

We are sorry that our customer service has disappointed you. Our new product has been upgraded and has greatly improved the problem of shedding. The following is the instructions for using the baking lamp. You can learn more about it.

Product not as good as stated
Product not as good as stated. Used product twice and both times did exactly as suggested and product did not last more than a couple days. Easily peels and does not adhere well.
