No refund for unfulfilled order
Ordered two bar stools. They accepted payment and then said that they weren’t going to be in stock for 3 weeks. I agreed to wait. I chased after 3 weeks and they eventually replied to say they weren’t going to be in stock so they would refund. The refund never arrived. I had to contact my credit card company to void the payment. They never answer the phone. The same guy always replies to emails (eventually).
