Purchased the 6 week programme, tried day 1 and thought it was awful. The music is supermarket style easy listening, the platform is web based and clunky! Asked for a refund immediately and was told no. Very poor customer service. No respect for consumer rights!
Dancing with James and Ola has changed my life improved my mental health, got rid of depression
made me feel happy. Gave me more confidence to dance with other people and joined zumba dance class before I couldn't do it always so shy to dance in a group.

I joined danceshred on 3rd January and have danced every day since. I haven’t lost loads of weight like some others but have lost inches and can now fit into clothes I thought I never would. It’s great fun and when I finish my 15 minutes I feel so good and really proud of myself for sticking to it. I’m now 4 weeks into the new 6 week plan and am loving that too. I am now a vip because I don’t want to lose all the workouts. It’s lovely to swap the routines about too. Thank you James and Ola for giving this 61 year old a new lease of life!

Fantastic!
Lost weight & inches with the meal plan counting calories. The Dances are exhausting Lol but so enjoyable brilliant for mental health as well as physical health. The Facebook group & from Ola & James are so supportive. Just an all round great plan to follow, highly recommended!
