I cannot praise the service we have received from Daisy Maids highly enough. From my initial contact with Stephanie through to the placement of Mimi, the whole experience has been reassuring, professional and friendly.

Mimi started with my mum as her regular cleaner, and her standard of cleaning is exceptional. Combined with her kind and caring personality, she has made not only my mum very happy, but has also given me great peace of mind knowing that such a wonderful young lady is taking care of the cleaning and housekeeping in my mum’s home.

I would highly recommend Daisy Maids to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and caring service.

The cleaner who was sent is very local and arrives at a time you both agree. By her second visit she had tidied up the cleaning cupboard so everything was at hand and new what needed to be done. Everyone is going well

My cleaner Deborah was amazing very thorough, she even checked in after wards to make sure it was all ok. Advised to let me know anything I specifically wanted feel very happy with her and have asked to have her specifically.

I met Angelic last Wednesday for the first time as she started regular bi weekly cleans for my home as arranged by Daisy Maid. I was impressed by her friendliness and warmth and the way a good rapport was quickly established. Her cleaning was very efficient and effective and I was very pleased with the high level of her work. An encouraging first visit.

Very good communication - accurate accounting and good service

Great communication from day one from area manager Stephanie, and Claudia is fantastic - a very thorough cleaner who takes great pride in her work.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with customer service. I was contacted an unnecessary and annoying amount of times with time changes, admin errors, forgetting the agreed times, number of hours, cleaner changes from the office, plus a few cleaners called me who I'd never met before and weren't even booked in to clean for me.

I was overcharged too.

One of my t shirts was ruined from ironing and not bought to my attention.

The clean itself was very good, but my experience of the organisation of the service and customer care when dealing with a complaint was not a nice experience.

I did eventually receive compensation but I won't be using them again.

Sarbjeet was punctual and polite and worked very hard to clean my flat. Particularly my hobbies room which had been neglected for sometime and was sparkling by the time Sarbjeet had finished.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received yesterday. I have spent just under £100 with this company, not counting all the extra cleaning products I had to buy myself – and after they left, I still had to clean my whole house properly myself.

Liz was very rude, did not listen to a single thing I asked for, and the work was completely unsatisfactory. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. As a parent of 3 young children, I cannot afford to waste money or be treated this way.

I will never be using this company again and have asked to be removed from their system entirely. Do not waste your time or money here.

The personal attention, time and effort by the administrator at Daisy Maid was invaluable when I had a cleaning emergency. The cleaner who arrived at very short notice was punctual, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Daisy Maid have 400 vetted cleaners for one-off or regular visits. I am very pleased with the service they provide.
