Researched about creatine and how it’s good for muscle retention. I love coffee, so it made sense to just buy coffee with creatine. I don’t have to overthink it.

So far really good
Received UPGRD creatine coffee a few days ago and already feeling the difference by taking it. Wow the 5g creatine is the right dose and the coffee tastes good. Will keep taking it for a few months and feedback again.
