Well, the cleaner was okay, but she left a few bits and bobs which we asked them to rectify. The administrators for the Oxford branch were horrendous. For some reason the bank declined our card and we offered to pay by alternative means. We were given threats of court action! It was the rudeness that is compelling me to write this review. They need to understand that you don’t threaten your customers over small mistakes especially when they’re offering to pay by alternative means. It looks like they thought threats would get their money faster but lost a few customers in the process! They really need to work on their people skills.

I use Daily Poppins in Winchester on forthrightly basis to help with cleaning, I would highly recommend them. Flat is always spotless so I don’t have to worry about doing it myself over the weekends!

We would like to praise our cleaners, for all the hard work, its always amazing coming home to such a clean and tidy home. They manage to do so much in just a few hours it is incredibly professional and they clearly really care about their work, adding in all the little extra touches that brings the service to such a high standard. Daily Poppins Newbury have always been very efficient and friendly in all the communication I have had with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I asked for a Spring Clean and was delighted with the result. They cleaned windows, blinds, doors, skirting, surface cleaning and floor cleaning all of which were carried out to a very good standard from The Reading team.
They worked very cheerfully and professionally and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Southampton team are awful. The First clean we had was really poor. They didn’t clean cobwebs, the toilet wasn’t cleaned at all and two cleaners stood around while one mopped the floor. When I said to their admin team that I disappointed and wasn’t sure whether to continue, they just said ok and had no interest in keeping business. There are much better and much cheaper cleaners around.

Firstly I can't reply on your reply so if you want to carry on this conversation please share your email and I can provide you evidence that your franchisee is lying. The points are:

1. The office closes at 5:30pm. On 11/10 according to my call log i called around 4:40 but no response. I emailed at 4:43pm and the response at 5:00pm was exactly 'Our team have been with you today at 15:10-15:30 but no one was answering the doors'. NO MENTION that they will come again to clean.

2. Everytime they come together as a group only this time the excuse was given that the team leader and the group has split which never happens.

3. In spite of cancelling the regular cleaning on 18/10, they have charged me another £44 on 23/10 for this weeks cleaning. So now they owe me £132 (£44 as deposit + £44 for 25/10 after cancelling and £44 if they decide to refund the cleaning which they didnt provide on 11/10)

As said before this is not a forum to have a full fledged communication. So if you give your email address (not the franchisee please as they are unresponsive) I can provide you evidence, etc to prove the dishonesty.

It's a real shame that people only jump on TrustPilot to give bad reviews when these girls probably have 100s of happy clients. Personally I've had a great experience. I booked them, they turned up on time, they even text 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way - a nice little touch. The house was spotless when they were finished but it was the little touches that made me think "these girls really care about their work". For example, after cleaning the bath they placed all the kids bath toys (which have numbers 1 to 10 on them) neatly lined up in order. They had just been in a pile in the middle of the bath. I know that might sound like a tiny thing but it's that kind of attention to detail that makes these girls highly recommended. I have passed their detail on to my parents and my friends. Long story short, try them out. They are good

Absolutely shocking service. Products from aldi but charge a fortune for a clean. Not even cleaning properly just wiping down really. They dont talk english and they are shouting in their own language talking to each other around my house!. Cant complain to cleaners as they dont understand and when you complain to head office they get defensive and start giving abuse and threatening behaviour. Will never use them again

They are aware of cleaning a couple of apartments that are breaching the lease and planning as they are let as very short stays. After an owner occupier complained about the noise they were making, they are being spiteful and making even more noise. One even jumped up and down on the hard floors like a little child having a tantrum when asked to be quieter and mindful of the people actually living there. They have also been seen throwing cigarette butts everywhere outside and leaving gates open.

I had the daily Poppins girls in to clean my elderly parents home, the girls were fantastic, the house was sparkling & smelt lovely.This was just going to be a one off service to get my parents back on track, but is now a weekly service, I would highly recommend Daily Poppins!!

I used their end of tenancy clean when moving out of a rental property. This literally consisted of a quick hovering of the house which cost £240, It wouldn't have been so bad but even this was below standard.
Outrageously overpriced and resulted in us having to pay another cleaning company to clean the property properly. When emailed the company was non-communicative and ignored any request for refund.

Avoid at all costs!!

I made an enquiry into a one off clean and received a quick response from Anna. She provided with options of the different packages they do for one off cleans. I selected the 'Midi' clean. Anna was really great as my availability and scheduling for being home was tough, but they were really flexible. I sorted out a date, but finalised the time the day before, which worked for me.
She sent 2 of her team to my house and then were swift, professional and great at delivering on what I booked within the time allocated for the work to be done. They were so professional as they kept talking to a minimum and if they did talk it was whispering as they didn't want me to know I was there. Although i was home i tried to keep out of their way to help them get the job done.
I would 100% use them again and would 100% recommend using Daily Poppins.

DailyPoppins are a professional company. They are quick to respond to any queries you may have. Their work is always amazing. My house looks clean, smells clean, feels clean and IS clean after the team have been in. Toilets and bathrooms shine and sparkle and smell fresh. I have a horrible black tiled kitchen floor and you always leave it clean and shiny. You have improved my working week by 100%

They do a good job, customised job sheet is good. You can specify order of priority for rooms/areas. Though even lower priority rooms/areas come out well when I get home. Wrote on the sheet “wipe down front door” from the following week it was listed as an option on the job sheet-just have to tick the box now and it gets done.
Ideal for anyone who likes a clean house but doesn’t like the prospect of housework/cleaning in evening/weekend
