I recently purchased Madhubani print silk saree. There was silk mark tag proving the genuity of the material. I booked the saree online and process was very smooth. And the saree was delivered as per the mentioned timeline. I will be booking more sarees in future.

Daily buyys isa brand I did not know much about . But I purchased a gachi tusser saree with embroidery work . It was very good .

purchased A handy heater turbo 800 from the daily buy store / BALGA LLC.. It can with a 2 pin plug which needed an adapter. I subsequently found the weight of the unit gradually pulled it out of the wall socket. This represents a potential fire hazard and the unit is very dangerous. I have been in contact with with the company who refused to refund my money and quoted a non existent company stating company policy. A really shonky company and best avoided

After almost one year, and only after I informed the seller that I would file a Cybercrime complaint with Kolkata authorities, the refund was finally processed. I had to return the sarees at my own cost. As a customer, I am entitled to share my genuine experience through reviews, and attempts to pressure me into removing them are inappropriate.

I am still waiting for my refund. They keep playing delaying tactics. I am now going to launch a police investigation into this company. REIMBURSE ME NOW

I returned the crap sarees at my own cost to Daily Buyys and the sales person has assured me that he will reimburse me on 1 January 2026. I am still waiting. No reimbursement, No professionalism. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . POOR QUALITY SAREES.

I wish to place on record again my very unsatisfactory experience with Daily Buyys and its representative. Out of my recent order, five sarees arrived defective: weaving holes, printing flaws, and an overpowering chemical dye smell that posed potential health risks.

When I raised the issue, I provided immediate photographic evidence and requested a reimbursement. Instead of handling the matter professionally, Mr. B, the sales representative repeatedly delayed responses and recently responded proposing the replacement of the sarees, never reimbursement. More disturbingly, he made this conditional on my removing my honest reviews, which is an unethical and unacceptable business practice.

When I refused to compromise my consumer rights, his responses turned hostile, even resorting to personal insults, calling me “arrogant” and “harmful woman’´. Meanwhile, the company continues to hold my payment while I am left with five unusable sarees.

To summarize:
• Defective products were delivered.
• No reimbursement was offered, only conditional replacement.
• Resolution was deliberately delayed until the return window expired.
• The seller engaged in unethical pressure to silence negative reviews.

This behavior demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this vendor. I am now going to file a formal complaint with National Consumer Helpline (NCH) – Department of Consumer Affairs. India

Very bad quality products! I bought 9 sarees, 7 of them came with defects and chemical smell and these are not minor defects. The chemical dye smell coming off the sarees can give you asthma and the prints are blotchy, holes in the woven material. I request to take back the sarees and to reimburse me.

Their customer service is top notch and I always had great experience with them.

I live in USA and first time buyer from dailyybuyys.They are very genuine and reliable seller. Quality of saree were awesome. I will surely buy from them again in future. Also referred to many of my friends.

Very poor finish quality, the product sent was qualitatively different from shown on website. Wasted my money.
