Terrible customer service,won 190 from a free 10 pound bet and never received the payment. They need a bank statement to receive money and keep repeating the same automated message when you have a problem.

Terrible company with terrible services. Refuse to let me open an account and then refused to elaborate as to why.

Using the referral bonus to get the £10 it worked for my partner without adding any referral code or name but with 2 other people they refuse to even acknowledge even though the same steps where taken.

This company openly breeches their licence terms via email as evidenced to start legal proceedings.

I would urge anyone reading this to think long and hard before using them. Stick with the more well known bookmakers, they are more professional and understanding their licence.
