Second bike I've bought from them - the team are very responsive to queries both before and after the sale (a rarity these days). Shipment was quick and exactly when they'd said it would, and the bike itself, Kommoda 3.0 is great.

Glenn from UK customer service was excellent,I’ll give him his due-but unfortunately he is overruled by the shoddy US and China Head Offices.

I purchased a Kommoda 3 e-bike and experienced multiple faults, including a failed rear shock absorber, repeated pedal strike, and brakes that overheat and bind which nearly resulted in an accident on the road.
It took months for the faulty pedal stems and shock to be replaced, and even the replacements were still inadequate.
There appears to be a major design flaw with this bike that poses a serious safety risk!

Reporting these issues to Cyrusher US/China was extremely frustrating. Requests have to be submitted to them by a "ticket" through the website,and they then email back.
Their email responses were slow.
Cyrusher US/China displayed a pedantic, obstructive attitude toward returns. They repeatedly tried to override UK consumer law with internal policies, insisting I pay for return shipping and packaging despite their statutory obligation to cover this.
Extremely disappointing head office customer service, especially given the serious safety issues involved.
I am still in dispute with them and looks like I may have to raise a Section 75 claim.

So after a long time planning on getting an electric bike I had several requirements from the bike as I have mobility issues that moderate effect my right leg. After looking at and trying 1 or 2 i found the roam, what a bike!
However firstly let me just say I have had several reasons to talk with customers services and I have found them( thanks for all your help glen) very friendly and helpful even calling me back to discuss a question that was not even his job!
Back to the bike, like I said I have tried a few different e-bike before getting mine, and let me tell you when you set off on the roam you really know exactly what you have paid for. I use it on the PAS 5 mode and well you don’t need a more power it’s like having a pro team rider pedalling for you. In fact I needed a thumb throttle for slow speed stuff and setting off because of my leg! So when you’re at speed the bike feels really solid and with the 165 mm rear air shock it’s comfortable enough to compare to a car, in other words you only really feel the big bumps otherwise it just eats up the road. It is well geared so when you are cruising the cadence sensor really comes in it’s own and you soon feel just like your riding a normal bicycle, however i will need some time to properly get used to the torque sensor works. You don’t feel the hills and it’s so good that you will feel the wind hit your body but never your legs it just brilliant to watch the power monitor adjust! Honestly if you’re over 50, a little bit broke like me and you’re considering getting a bike for whatever reason this one is a bit of a weapon.
This is easily the best bike I’ve ever owned I love it !

Just bought 2 , 1 for hubby and 1 for me.
The company is very helpful, contact first class, delivery was prompt, well packaged. Assembly was easy. A small problem, live chat with the very knowledgeable Glenn and sorted straight away.
The bikes themselves are all we imagined, comfy, stylish, robust. More than capable of tarmac, flat terrain, and off roading tracks. Really happy with them.

Battery started smoking whilst charging. Messaged them on eBay and a total waste of time. They wanted pictures of everything even though the battery had been disposed off.
Why would I keep a smoking battery in the house.

Oh dear ,another update ,just got an email from this disgusting Chinese company, after me sending emails, no news back from them and suddenly on new yrs eve I get a load of waffle saying my parcel is in the hands of royal mail now,4 weeks of waiting,this so called manager glen who denied they was Chinese has just sent me information about my package, he did say to me I would receive my package before 2025 and here we are new yrs eve and still waiting, I have posted several complaints but I stress ,this company is a shambles,they deny there Chinese, they don't have any compassion just lies,I am stressing to anyone who reads this please don't order from this dreadful Chinese company, this has been the worst experience I've had with any online company ,yes please be aware and read there 1 star reviews, they are truly a dreadful company

Contacted cyrusher and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgable man called Glen who extremely quickly solved the issue I had he was friendly and didn’t make me feel ignorant can’t thank him enough! Glen is a credit to cyrusher

Überall nur ein Jahr Garantie, bei Himiway, gibt's auf alles einfach 2 Jahre.
Erster Motor nach 11,500km kaputt und dann kurz vor Ablauf der 2Jahre Garantie, neuen bekommen.

I ordered one of their ebikes from their eBay store whe I received a notification that the price had dropped by £200. They later that day sent me a message (1am in the morning) telling me that I would have to pay more or they would cancel the order, I had already paid at this point. There was a little back and forth but ultimately my order was cancelled I felt this was unprofessional and they really should have honoured my purchase as it was thier mistake. Than several days later I received a large mystery package, which I had no idea what it was I didn't know what to do with this and didn't have time to deal with it as I have a newborn, later that day again in the early hours of the morning I get a message through eBay saying they have sent me a bike in error now I have a giant package in my hall that I have to work with them to get collected. I would not recommend dealing with cyrusher they seem very disorganised and you will have endless faff dealing with their mistakes as a business

Reaching the age of 64yrs and with some ailments I decided to pack in motorcycling after many (crash free) years. Two friends decided to purchase ebikes, both went for the Freesky Alaska 2025 (not from Cyrusher).

I was very impressed but decided against one, I could hardly get on it with my leg problems. I was also concerned they were not UK legal, very fast, very big and very heavy.

I decided to do some research and watched many videos on YouTube. I was drawn to many reviews about the Kommoda 3.0,one blogger e-VRC made my mind up, time to look at the Cyrusher 3.0.

I contacted Cyrusher UK a number of times asking some relevant and some stupid questions. Caitlyn Glen and Kayla were both helpful and professional. They offered lots of advice and to be fair, could not have been more helpful. They advised I visit a Cyrusher Ambassador who had the Kommoda 3.0 to test ride it. The closest to me was a chap in Huddlesfield. I drove over, met Ian, had a test ride, Ian was very helpful and I was sold.

My new (Green) Kommoda arrived a few days ago, easy to assemble and it is ready to go, shame about the weather in Sheffield.
I can only go on what I found and the staff at Cyrusher UK were really helpful so don't read to much into negative reviews.

Schrecklicher Kundenservice. Mitarbeiter die kaum Deutsch sprechen. Fast 3000 euro überwiesen per Vorkasse. Das Fahrrad sollte auf Lager sein aber wir werden schon Wochen hingehalten. Schnellst wie möglich wird gesagt..

Thank God I never went ahead with buying one.. if you want extra stuff you have pay extra.. Seen on amazon virtual same bike £200 cheaper with all racking included

I am a proud owner of the Kommoda 3.0.
Great customer service from order to delivery.
Delivery company call to ensure that you will be in to accept package.
Came very well packaged with just the wheel and mudguard to fit and headlight.
All tools provided to complete tasks plus a handy pump to carry with you.
As an Ambassador for Cyrusher I get immediate feed back from prospective buyers.
From this people coment on the low step through design. So if you have knee problems it is really easy to get on and off.
The power of this bike is amazing and feels very natural to ride you always feel in control.
As for the ride wow so comfy with adjustable front and rear suspension and massive tyres.
On the flat you only need power assist 1.
You should easily achieve 60+ miles.
Really good off road although not a fully fledged mountain bike.

My kommoda 3 had a power failure while on holiday to Spain.I contacted Cyrusher support who were extremely helpful and informed me they would send a new display and controller directly to Spain from China. It took 7 days from reporting the fault to getting back on the road.Well done Cyrusher

Yes I love the company they are really helpful with things like I asked for a throttle and I got one for free I appreciate the cyrusher team and I cant wait for more bikes to come out keep up the good work :)

Don't waste your money! Battery burnt / bike written off after 2 years
I purchased an XF650 2 years ago. Whilst riding home the bike stopped working. I limped the bike home and put the battery on charge. After a short while I could hear popping and crackling from the battery. I took the bike off charge. I removed the battery and plate to see the connections were burnt and chard as well as the power cable to the motor was black and melted. How lucky I was at home and there to quickly turn it off.
I sent pictures to Cyrusher and they state the bikes electrics are damaged beyond repair and there's nothing they can do, the bike is a write-off. They offered £100 off a new Kommoda bike. What an insult!!
The specification states the battery should take 1500 charges, I used/charged mine about 600 times in 2.5 years.
My local bike shop said the bike is Chinese rubbish and it is... and Cyrusher won't accept the battery was half way through it's life.
And the battery could have caught fire inside my house. Steer clear and stay safe.

Purchased Cyrusher Kommoda 3.0 e-bike for my wife, which she absolutely loves. Easy for her to ride out.
Bike arrived in a substantial cardboard box; really well packaged inside securely fitted.

Removed and followed instructions which were easy to read. Mostly clear, one or two differences to actual bike but nothing to stop build.

After fully charging battery, we went on our e-bikes and my wife thought the controls were easily used; seat positioning was very easy and due to her height, easily lowered so her feet could touch the ground when needed.

She found the bike very comfortable; easy to pedal and use the PAS.
Battery life is better than my GoGo on range, provides extra voo voo voom where needed.
Lights were simple to switch on via buttons and the electric horn operated by push button, effective. Brake light an extra addition… she is a bit nervous signalling left/right by hand and a bit disappointed that the fitted indicators incorporated in the brake light unit didn’t operate - subsequent enquiry showed they do not connect or supply switches on bike…
She chose the orange colour for added visibility when riding.

As mentioned above re turn lights - discussed with Cyrusher customer care and they offered free turn light indicators unit to fit to the bikes FOC but pay shipping - good deal - they also put in a thumb throttle for added comfort…

Cyrusher Customer Care were very easy to contact via email, name back to me several times usually within 24 hours which is good as far as I’m concerned. Now they have a shop unit in Gloucester is a great addition for customers.

Overall, we’d easily recommend a Cyrusher Kommoda 3.0 e-bike if asked. Already recommended to a few friends and family member…

Ich habe zwei Kommoda gekauft. Das eine läuft zur Zeit fehlerfrei. Das andere setzt während der Fahrt alle paar Kilometer aus. Seit mehreren Monaten haben wir jetzt den vierten Controller eingebaut, auf den wir immer Wochen warten müssen. Zwei davon konnten das Tempo nicht drosseln, bei zweien war der Ausfall zu verzeichnen. Jetzt soll ich ein Video über das Problem schicken. Wie soll das gehen? Soll ich mit laufendem Handy fahren um den Zeitpunkt des Ausfalls zu filmen? zumal die Anzeige normal bleibt nur eben der Motor aus ist. Die Bikes sind nun auch nicht geschenkt. Das nächste kaufe ich wieder bei einem deutschen Händler.
