Still trying to take money daily after numerous of emails.
The only email I had ever received was if I change my review to a positive one they will stop the payments.

This serum is incredible! My wedding photos are next month and thanks to Cyperglow I'll be hair-free and radiant for the big day. I was panicking about facial hair in close up wedding photos. Tried everything in the months leading up and nothing worked until this. Week 6 now and my upper lip and chin are smooth. My makeup artist even commented on how good my skin looks. Perfect bride!

I initially found this product somewhat effective. Recently, however, it seems different: it has a strong perfume-like scent, a thinner/watery consistency, and it’s been causing red bumps on my skin. The packaging also changed—from 2 fl oz to 1 fl oz—yet support has repeatedly told me the formula and size haven’t changed, despite the label showing 1 fl oz.
On top of that, I discovered I’d been enrolled in a subscription I don’t recall authorizing. When I asked to cancel, instead of canceling for me they sent instructions after a delay, and another shipment processed in the meantime. I emailed immediately to stop that order and still haven’t received a response. At this point, I’m considering next steps to address the misrepresentation and billing issues.

They charging me monthly for subscription which I don’t have any sun on my account.
They are not removing this issue and never received a refund. Very unprofessional and they scam people

The shipment took OVER 3 months to get delivered. Contacted customer support several times to get a replacement sent. Just buy the crap in a store or on Amazon. So only been using it 2 weeks & have seen no change. NOT IMPRESSED.

This is my second review.
Finally, they got in contact with me saying they would offer me a refund and will stop the payments if I leave them a good review.
Again, they are still trying to take money out.
After contacting them telling them they’ve tried to take a further 3 payments, they said this will be sorted.
Two weeks later, I keep getting notifications basically daily of them trying to take the money out.
I advise everyone of this happening to report it to your bank immediately.

Excellent serum! The cooling mint sensation feels amazing when applying and the results are even better than the sensation. Highly recommend! 🌿 The mint gives this refreshing tingly feeling which I love. Makes it feel like a nice treatment instead of a chore. And it actually works! My upper lip hair is gone after 6 weeks. The whole experience is pleasant from application to results.

the customer service rep Glessy gets 5 stars for how she was quick and efficient. The company however gets less as the amount of the refund for a product that sits in the skincare space should really be higher than 15%. If the product is giving you a reaction, you should get all your money back

They signed me up to a subscription without my consent and now will not issue a refund or cancel my subscription. PLEASE AVOID - DO NOT PURCHASE!!
Very frustrating.

It's extremely frustrating. They have signed me up for a subscription without my consent. When I am trying to cancel it - on my account it says no active subscriptions, but they are charging me monthly. When I wrote to them, they are saying they can't cancel it and I have to do it myself. While I have sent screenshots showing that the subscriptions aren't showing up in my account, so how am I supposed to cancel them? Extremely untrustworthy. Don't trust the company.

It's a miracle. This product is gentle, absorbs quickly, smells nice, and most importantly: does NOT trigger my sensory issues. And it seems to be working as promised on the test patch, my chin and upper lip.
A stray hair pops out here or there but is soft and easy to remove, whereas before I was plucking continuously through the day and rubbing my chin in between because, sensory issues. I am moving on to use it on other spots such as underarms, and the full face meno peach fuzz.

Product looks cute, it works, came fast and was worth the price. All in all happy I ordered from CyperGlow and will continue using it. My upper lip area was getting really dark and I was so self conscious about it at work meetings. After a month of using this serum twice a day the hair is so much lighter and thinner. The ancient egyptian thing is actually legit!

This product is amazing!! My facial hair was getting worse with age but this serum reversed the damage completely. Feel young again! I thought once you hit 40 you just had to accept it but no. After 6 weeks my upper lip and chin are smooth like when I was in my twenties. The ancient Egyptian wisdom really works on modern hormonal problems.
