Package was returned to sender after it was marked as having insufficient address. I inputted the correct address but their shoddy website changed a part of it after I finished typing my address. Now they won’t refund me while they’re waiting to receive the package. The package that clearly didn’t get to me. It’s so annoying they won’t refund me until then. That’s very inefficient because there will not be enough time to order it back. While waiting for the refund though, I will be buying from another company because their policy of holding my money hostage because of their poor website performance just drove me away from them.

Buyer beware. Have been a loyal customer in Australia for the last 10 years. However, recently ordered 210 pounds worth of clothing for my niece who lives in the UK. Items were never delivered. Despite having absolutely no proof of delivery - tracking photos did not show items in photo they refused to either offer a refund, gift card or to redeliver the items. Instead I was offered 30% off my next order - what a joke would not spend another penny with them.
No 'free' socks as advertised
Poor customer service. Website offered if order was over £50 I'd get a free pair of socks, so I entered the code sent to me to claim free socks and Cycology website did not accept the code. I ordered and thought they send on free socks when I contacted them, they did not. email was at first answered by Ai, I responded and a 'human' emailed back to say my order did not fit their criteria, which it definitely did. So no free socks for me for no reason. Miss leading advertising.
Feels a little old fashioned…
It just feels a little old fashioned to have to pay for a return, especially with cycling gear where fit is so crucial.

Great graphics but very poor materials
Great graphics but very poor materials. Bought cap and socks. My worse socks - plasticy (and the graphic image is very distorted when wearing the socks because of lazy printing setup) and the cap is my worst of about 15 cycling caps I own. No panels, cheap elastic. very thin material. Not at all happy.
I bought a Frida cycling jersey
I bought a Frida cycling jersey. The print looked gorgeous and the fabric felt great. However within days the fabric began to pile so it looked worn and old. I could not believe this could happen within days of wearing it. Something you may expect to happen after wearing for some years! I contacted customer services as I wanted a refund as to me the quality of the fabric had failed! They refused saying the piling was due to rubbing/friction of the garment against something abrasive. I insisted I had worn the garment with normal wear and care and the piling had happened on the cuffs, sides of the garment where the arms rub against the fabric as you move.
I have had cycle jerseys in the past and worn them for years and no piling ever occurred.
They did offer me a voucher of £50 towards another purchase but I’m afraid I did not want to buy another of their jerseys as I believed the same thing would happen again.
They stopped communicating with me as I still insisted for a refund which I did not get!
In summary very poor quality jersey that has a fantastic print design. Will unfortunately never buy from them again!

I no longer feel like a valued customer
T-shirt ordered for a birthday present didn't arrive. It was delivered elsewhere (delivery photo provided on request but door/house not in photo to prove delivery address) and returned (not by us). Cyclology refunded the t-shirt but not the postage. They told me to follow up with royal mail. Numerous emails back and forth with their customer services, they will not refund postage, even though I didn't receive my order. There is no gesture of goodwill or apology or recognition that I am a loyal customer of many years and want to place another order for the missing birthday present! It feels like customer loyalty doesn't matter, they just want my money. Sadly, I am now no longer a customer and am going to take my custom to another cycling brand instead. I am reviewing on here rather than their website as I don't trust that they will post a negative review and I would like to share my very disappointing experience!

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. After just two wears, my shorts developed a hole — clearly a manufacturing issue. When I reached out for support, I was told it was my fault with no offer of an exchange or resolution. The response was dismissive and unhelpful.
I expected better, especially given the price point. There are plenty of other brands out there that stand by their products and treat customers with respect. I won’t be shopping here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and recently bought a pair of socks that arrived with a hole where they attached the tag. Asked for a new pair, and below was their response.
"Thank you for getting in contact about your socks.
Removing the plastic tags incorrectly that held the socks together can leave a hole in the sock in that location.
We advise customers not to pull or try to break those plastic tags because you may accidently produce a hole or fabric pull in the socks.
Use small scissors to carefully remove the plastic tags that hold the socks to the packaging.
Unfortunately, this is not a fault with the socks, but rather an inadvertent issue created by incorrect removal from packaging."
How insulting, they have no proof that I removed the tag improperly.
Poor materials
Looks great, poor quality materials.Jersey had terrible odour after just 1 ride unlike all my other decent kit.
They rely on the unusual design artwork to sell a product manufactured in the far east.
Poor quality dont buy.
Great clothes but abysmal customer service
Great clothes, abysmal customer service. I tried to exchange items for an alternate size. They would not process my request until they received my return. By the time they acknowledged receipt, the items were no longer available. I have now submitted forms for a refund twice. There is no phone # so you fill out an online form. Customer service keeps replying to me without refunding my money. They are now asking me to start on a new return on items they acknowledged receipt of. I had to resort to filing a complaint with my credit card company to get the refund for clothes they have acknowledged receipt of. It's egregious that customer service can't remedy this or at least give it to a manager to sort out. I would be wary of ordering from them.
Defective jersey replaced with another defective jersey
Ordered a jersey that had a defect, requested an exchange. The exchange took 3 weeks, and the replacement had the same defect! So they either sent me back the same jersey I returned, or an entire batch of jerseys have the same defect. When I tried to request a refund, their system won't allow it because i had already returned it once! Not sure how customer service will fix this, but my confidence is low.

Awful, stubborn customer service. I bought some shoe covers, and on a short 30mins ride, they wore through. They refused to acknowledge that there was a clear fault with the product, and also the product guidelines and instructions were insufficient and exacerbated the problems with the item. Furthermore, their website seems to make it very difficult to leave a review on their products - a shame as I would like to warn others of this problem where I had not been
