I had a problem taking rivets out of my new chain went to Cycle King in Dartford. I saw Chris who was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted it out in no time. I would highly recommend. Tony

We went to Dartford Cycle king to pick up a bike for my 8y/o and 2 very helpful staff showed us a few suitable ones. One of them said it'll take about an hour to build/fit it when we're ready to buy it. However when we returned on a busy Friday afternoon, we were told it couldn't be fitted on the same day as there were other bikes waiting for fittings. (I should've paid when we initially visited)
Seeing my daughter tearfully express her disappointment, Charlie came out from behind the counter and promised her that he'll have it ready first thing in the morning. She was reassured.
Indeed, Charlie called us around 10am the following morning that our bike was ready for collection.
Charlie was highly knowledgeable and helped my daughter find her feet on her much bigger bike. He was an absolute star. Thanks again Charlie

Fantastic help from the team at Dartford store especially Peter the manager and Bitti who helped me out with her knowledge of bikes and what would suit me comfortably and correctly, couldn’t have done more for me.
Great community support and very helpful people.
Would recommend anyone looking for a new bike or anything else bike related go and see these great people.

I took my sons bike in a couple of days ago to the Dartford branch, thinking it would need to be left there and cost me a fortune, but the guy fixed everything in about 5 mins and it didn't cost me a penny. Very knowledgeable and honest. All my family bikes are from there. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I took my sons bike to cycle king Dartford as I had a problem with resistance with the front wheel - I had taken to Halfords twice before but the problem kept occurring - Peter was great in quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it and making the bike safe - I know where to come next time where I know repairs will be safe for my son , thank you Peter for your great service and help

These guys are excellent, daughters front brakes were not working, took it into the bike shop, guy said cables are loose, 5mins later walked out with a fully functioning bike at no cost 10/10 customer service guys, thank you

Today I took my bike to cycle king in dartford and the assistant manager who looked at my bike was the most helpful of all people. Went above and beyond to look over it and sort the gearing issue.

The team at cycle king gave my hybrid bike a full service at the cost of £99 and I have to say the service and communication from drop off to collection has been amazing. As importantly, my bike feels like it is brand new. I will be back, thanks Cycle King :)

Walked in to the Dartford branch on 31st May - I was told, in a somewhat blunt way, We're not open yet. So, I'm thinking -why did I see them opening the doors a moment ago then? It wasn't to put display stock on the forecourt, because they remained inside the store and chatted amongst themelves. I returned to the branch 15 minutes later and asked if they could inflate my tyres (in the past they have always been only too willing to do this themselves using their ceiling-suspended airline, and at no cost -although I always gave a tip). I was told that there was a customer pump at the front of the shop. I asked if this was a new policy and whether the pump for customer use was a recent fixture. I was informed, in a brusque manner "It's been ere all the time I've been ere". ('No Sir, it's been there a while actually' might have been a better response) How can a shop, in a matter of weeks go from being so customer-focussed to being so unhelpful? Maybe it can't -maybe it just depends on who the duty manager is. The lady assistant was more affable -perhaps she should be the branch manager. I left, and went to another cycle shop for air and to purchase some gear.

Always very helpful in here. Just popped in on my way home and they sorted the problem straight away. Spent 5-10 minutes on my bike and would not take any money. Very grateful of the service I received. Not sure of the guys name, but think he is the manager/assistant manager. I would definitely recommend them!
