JUST, SIMPLY AND ONLY LIARS AND THIEVES AND CRIMINALS. Probably they learned and even work together with the SCAMMERS directly. I have been dealing with them for 4 long & absolutely disgusting months now and already paid EUR 40000 and have not gotten one single penny of my scammed money back but they continue to ask for more money instead ! Just a bunch of narcissists and mysogenistic bastards and assholes !!!

I had some what I thought was "missing" transaction and was quite concerned, James was a thorough professional and investigated my issue which ended up with a positive result for me. If I ever need this sort of service again I will not hesitate to contact James and Cybertrace, and will recommend them to business colleagues.

I had received anonymous emails that threatened my livelihood, I contacted Cybertrace and explained the situation. James from Cybertrace was very helpful, he managed to identify the offender and generate a report that was suitable to furnish to the court. I was very happy with the professional service.

After being scammed of a substantial amount of money and then trying unsuccessfully for over a year to retrieve my funds with two different companies, both scammers also. I was at my wits end!

Since initially being in contact with them, they have been excellent, both understanding and very professional.

only for people who lost millions I think, no help was provided when I narrated the story that I lost around 5k USD. The immediate answer I received sorry unfortunately our fees are high so it is not worth helping my case. huh.
sometimes I feel we are just humans for our namesake and probably that "human" can be replaced with something else in the future.

I will not edit my comments and my review stands still, sometimes I feel like everybody is a scammer including organizations like yours. you guys just work for bigger money scams so that you can save some --ultimately the customer or victim is at a loss anyways.

I am saying true from my heart and this review has to be read by everyone so that they will understand what kind of expectation and mindset they have to set before approaching organizations like yours -- advertising big service words but when you look deep inside everything is empty!

I hired Cybertrace to help me in a case of anonymous online harassment, in which the perpetrator was using anonymous Gmail and social media accounts to harass me and spread false claims about me. Cybertrace was able to obtain valuable information about the perpetrator, including a clean IP address which I am now using to try to push this case with the police. In addition to their effectiveness in finding information about the perpetrator, I found Cybertrace staff to be quite professional and responsive, both by email and by phone.

If you’re reading this you’re unfortunately in the same position i’m in but you’re now looking into what I consider the best hands you can be in at this current stage.

James at Cybertrace has been very helpful and although my story is long from over I believe Cybertrace have given me a head start which gave the police something they can work with. The police have taken over my case, without Cybertrace I’m doubtful the police would have looked into it as unfortunately Australia lacks a clear path for scam victims. As I write this review it’s my wish that Australian authorities would work hand in hand with Cybertrace to efficiently help victims.

Some tips I took away so far,
Report your situation to Cyber.gov.au this is a waiting game to get police assistance so you may as well get waiting while you give Cybertrace time to do their job as it’s likely police will be needed at some point.

If Cybertrace find your money has gone to an exchange email the exchange immediately, they can freeze the suspect’s account. Also ask the exchange what information they require on a police request template so Cybertrace can ensure you get exactly what you need.

Lastly good luck and stay on the bright side as the other side is no good, good will prevail.

Great Scam Phone Number Lookup Tool

I've been using the Cybertrace scam phone number lookup tool whenever my parents tell me about a scam call they got. Love it.

Cybertrace have communicated clearly throughout the process. They kept me grounded at times which were stressful and confusing. They have been attentive and I am hopeful their report will aid the police in their investigation. I would recommend them to others who may find themselves in our situation.

Unfortunately I am a victim of a well orchestrated scam, that lead me into loosing quite a substantial amount of money.
For several days after realising I’d actually been scammed, it honestly felt as though I had no direction.
With the biggest lump in my throat, and everything thing in a shambles and cloudy. I started thinking 💭 where on earth are these scammers, where is my money that I worked ‘ my a** off ‘ to save & how dare someone think they have a right to take anyone’s hard earned money.
After a few days when I settled down and my thought process was clearer. I started doing some research 🔬 ( at that point honestly not knowing, what was going to turn up ) During that search I was able to find out traces through cryto-wallets can be traced. Initially I was 1st corresponding with a company that operates in doing cryto ( cyber ) tracing, the only issue I had was, having that uncomfortable feeling of using a company overseas, that stated they were in Israel. ( Being raw from just being scammed by scammers overseas, I felt at unease.
I then conducted further research to locate a company in Australia, with that leading me to ‘ CyberTrace ‘ - ** Please note in any case please conduct your own research / due diligence **
My case is still pending, but to where I am with my case, is: I have reported my crime online with cyber report. ( You as the individual need to report the crime, that has occured to you. For anyone else to report your crime, it’s hearsay or assumption )
At CyberTrace, I spoke with James, who informed me ( remember I am a newbie to all of this ) - of what they required, primarily being my crypto wallet & the scammers wallet address. James informed me that the investigators will ‘ trace ‘ the movements of where the money went. I was informed during that conversation, that once the report is completed, it would be emailed to me. With in that report case, would contain template letters, that require to be completed by Police of your State / Territory in order to send to the platforms you utilised.
At this stage I’ve gathered as much information ( evidence ) I can, with cyber report, once you’ve done your online report, you can go back on to see a ‘ Status Report ‘ to see at that point where it’s located.
The Police at that point are unable to do anything, until they receive that report.
Back to CyberTrace - I have found James to be transparent, straight from the get go, and that is exactly what I am looking for.
If you find yourself ( I pray you don’t ) in an unfortunate situation, give CyberTrace a call and go from your judgement.
This is going to be a long process, but as mentioned above, I’m not happy to sit back and let some ( explicit words ) walk away with my money &/or having no legal action taken against them.
Honestly CyberTrace has at least given me that option / direction, as opposed to having no direction.

Cybertrace may be legitimate at some level but the help was of no value at all. Please read the small print - they provided me with two thigs: the location of my money on the blockchain and 'please complete' letters to take to a police station. The unprofessionally written letters were supposed to be filled in by 'a policeman' and then sent off to the Exchanges asking for the money to be returned. The police - who were not investigating, and were certainly not trained in cyber fraud, almost laughed. I tried three police stations with the same response. I was told to lodge the fraud with Australian Cyber Security Centre. I did this and they thanked me for the information. I lost over $60,000 with Everrise Brokers, plus the $3300 I gave to Cybertrace.
